After being lied and tricked to purchase equipment we probably did not need and a host of other issues with these terrible business people, the installation was done poorly. We’ve had several issues and air experts doesn’t like to uphold its warranties and is already trying to charge us for an electrical repair they think might be the cause of the issue (of course they don’t know for sure) and they claim is not covered. Of course, they never installed the equipment properly from the beginning. The owner is unresponsive and doesn’t care at all for his customers - and clearly doesn’t care that his customers are how he makes a living. RUN, don’t stop, don’t look back. Do yourself a favor. Don’t be a fool. We were. AJ Perri probably would have been better!

I have good a/c now. Maybe it was just me not knowing about A/C units, but I did not have a good experience.

Dave came to my home and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He was a definite expert on Lennox units - and knew how they work in and out. I would definitely hire him again.

We had a no heat situation that was responded to within hours of the initial phone call. Quite impressive. Several people including the manager jumped in to diagnose the problem and obtain the parts next day. Troy, Mike and Chris plus Jessica in service were professional and extremely caring about the entire situation. They offered us a maintenance agreement at a reasonable price which in turn gave us a discount on the work we did ending with a fair bill for all the work that was performed. It was a pleasure dealing with such a top notch organization. Thank You.

They are good. They are straight up and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I will continue to use them.

Woke up to no heat or hot water on Monday. Made lots of calls and got few calls back. The ones that did call back said they couldn't get to us for close to a week. They next day, I called Air Experts. Every person I talked to in the office was great (Sue, Jessica, Carol(?). They were also busy but thought they could get someone out, but not until after 5. By 8:00, we thought they were a no-show, but then got a call from Clay, saying he was on his way. It was determined that we needed a new unit (warranty). We said we needed it ASAP (no heat is manageable, no hot water isn't). We got a call from Mike early the next morning saying that they could come as soon as they picked up the new unit. Within an hour, Steve and Eddie came and did a great job, very thorough and neat. We are very impressed with the professionalism and caring of this company and would highly recommend them.

Overall installation went fine. We made a few calls with some concerns. The company promptly responded and allayed any concerns and answered all of our questions. Their representatives are highly qualified, patient, and knowledgeable. They will spend as much time as necessary with you to explain the unit's operation. Customer's satisfaction is important and foremost in the minds of this company. We are very satisfied with their prompt attention to all matters.

I'm so glad I had this done. It all went very well.  The new Trane Furnaces and Central Air Conditioners they installed were significantly better than the old units that I had and they're are still working perfectly today. The workers were true professionals, they knew exactly what they needed to do and did it in just a couple of days.  Very pleased with their work and  the new Trane units have performed flawlessly.  I couldn't have asked for anything more.

They helped me pick out a new a/c that suited me and my pocketbook! They arrived on time on the day they were due. It had snowed the day before however the work was still done professionally and he took his time, regardless of how cold it was outside. And it was cold! Before he left he asked me to make sure it ran perfectly when the weather got a little warmer and to call right away if I wasn't happy with the work. As soon as weather permitted I tried the a/c out and was excited to feel cool air coming out of my vents! It's been working great! I would highly recommend them!

The provider came out and attempted to diagnose the problem. He said we had low Freon and that it would cost $700 to add some. After doing my own research I found that adding Freon cost approximately $40 per pound and about that much for a refill. Furthermore, the unit was not empty of Freon just low.

The service men were one time and very professional. All of the old materials were removed, and the job was completed in one day.

Air Experts installed a 48,000 BTU LENNOX Compressor and Condenser. The price included hauling away the old unit and fully charging the new unit with Freon.

They have emergency services. They were phenomenal with helping me out.

I used the team over at Air Experts Heating and Cooling to fix some issues that arose from hurricane damage. The team at Air Experts Heating had very high quality products and I would use them again in the future.

Overall the quality of the work was good. However, we were told the job would take 3 days to complete, so we scheduled the 3 days. after job was started we were told it would take an additional 2 days. Tried to schedule the additional two days but was told there were booked solid for two weeks. Had to contact the home depot that they are associated with in order to get them to come sooner (still had to wait a week). After the second 2 days of work we were told they needed another day. Had to wait another week for them to come. On the final day they came to finish the job, but did not have all the parts they needed. Waited another week and finally the secretary had to drop off the remaining parts. The workers were extremely professional and did great work. The owners however lacked in customer service skills, they were argumentative and just not very nice. They insisted we were told the job would take longer than 3 days, but if they knew this they should have allowed for the extra time in there schedule instead of booking other jobs.

Absolutely pleased with the outcome

Job estimated by owner of company to be completed in 1 full day. New boiler was measured and we were told it would fit on existing concrete pad. Job took 3 days to complete and the new boiler was left hanging over the concrete pad by 10". The estimate neglected to include a damper which effectively increased the dimensions of the boiler. It would have been helpful to be told of this problem before they had taken out our old (working fine) boiler in pieces because we would have had the option of extending the pad. However, at installation, the problem with the boiler not fitting on the concrete pad could still have been avoided had the workers approached us with a plan to move the exiting hot water heater over 10". They did not. At the completion of the job, we complained to the owner of the company and asked that the hot water tank be moved over 10" thereby allowing the boiler to fit on the concrete pad. The owner agreed to do this, however, we had to wait another 7 weeks for the job to be completed. Aside from the installation problem, we were dissatisfied with the care they took with our home. They took no measures to protect the concrete floor in the basement. There are now several oil stains on the concrete floor from some lubricant in the new boiler. Also, while installing the new boiler, they had to use solder on the new water lines and they let that plus the flux drip on the floor.

Went well.. a walk through prior to any work was started. Workers were professional and cleaned up each day. Any questions were directed to the correct person within Air Experts and were answered promtly.

We were so pleased with the overall results and the attitude of the installers I wrote a letter to the owner telling him about the experience. They took time to explain anything we inquired about and answered all our questions. They even agreed to change something I had given them the authority to do because my wife was not happy with the outcome. Their installers were very professional and respectful. Air Experts has maintained the sytem since it was installed and we have been very pleased with the service people they send, they attitude and the time and effort they make the thoroughly clean, inspect and adjust the system.
