I leased a retail space and needed it renovated in time for our grand opening (less than 4 weeks out). The store needed some work, and I was on a tight budget and even tighter timeframe. I reached out to Eric and walked him through the store. (Actually, Eric and I met before I even had the key to the store, and we looked through the front window, and we discussed the work - so he could get a head start in the design process?) Eric was amazing. He took my vision and made it a reality. The centerpiece of the project was to create a custom integrated desk / counter in my reception area. Someplace where my receptionist could sit and get his/her work done and where clients could walk up to and bring their jobs. Eric designed and build the entire thing well beyond anything I had imagined. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from everyone else. From the choice of granite on the counter top, to the trim, to the painting. Nothing was left out. And when the final bill came, it was exactly what he initially quoted to me. In addition to the custom counter, I had Eric install a chair rail, in the reception area to tie the room together with the counter. He is a master at molding. If they gave out degrees for molding installation, he would have a PhD. He is also a master at time management. While working on the counter and the chair rail, he managed to find time to install some doors where there hadn't been any, to install cabinets and countertops, to paint, and to fix things I didn't even know needed fixing! And then, when we noticed that the reception area was getting too much heat from the sun, he came up with a solution involving an exhaust fan and over 100' of exhaust duct work that he still managed to get installed before our grand opening. What was extremely pleasing to me, was that not only did Eric perform the work well above the standards we had expected, but he was also very quick and neat. At the end of each day, he cleaned up after himself, and when the entire project was complete, he cleaned the entire area better than it was when he began. I am happy to recommend Eric and his crew to my family and friends, and I would recommend him to you.

The work is beautiful and we get complements on it all the time. He was neat, timely and friendly. Very meticulous - making sure everything was even. He was also super friendly with our two dogs. And they loved him.
