HB Painting and Construction was 12K over budget and 9 weeks over the estimated time to completion.The homeowner could not move back into the house as promised for Thanksgiving and now Christmas because of the unsafe nature of the work. Mr. Brown is a charmer though and will lie and cheat his customers.

He was wonderful, came out as quickly as he could, he did a very lovely job, and I am considering using him in the spring to do more work.
