"Typically we give our customers an estimate the same day or within a few days. This customer called for an estimate and within 3 days myself, the owner of the company, went out to his home to take a look at the project. This was for a rather larger project that would require us to bring in sub-contractors to help with plumbing and electric, and would also require us to inquire with the township about permits to run water and gas to his outdoor kitchen. This process could take time to obtain the information required to provide the estimate. I explained to the customer that we would get back to him in a week or two with pricing. Our appointment was on Monday, April 17th and this review was written on April 28th (11 days later). As far as having no questions or suggestions, the customer knew exactly what he wanted and when I did attempt to make a suggestion he said he would rather use his own grill for the kitchen. We visit about 50 homes a week to provide free estimates and we make every effort to make our customers happy. We take pride in the positive reputation we have and feel that the other 200+ reviews on Angie's List accurately reflect who we are as a company. We regret that this customer felt he did not receive his quote as fast as he would have liked, however due to the complexity of the project and steps required, at the time of this review we were still waiting on some of the other information needed to provide the pricing requested."
