1. Excellent experience and results. First, Elio and his team are professional, courteous and thorough.  He sized up the work and gave me the benefit of his experience and educated me on the real causes of the problem and how to mitigate. His approach is straight-up matter-of-fact which I like.  Within two days the job was done.  His color matching skill (my home is 18+ years old) to get new stucco to match old stucco is impressive.

I would hire Elio Pineda and his team at Lemma Construction in a heartbeat.  ON top of all their skill, they are truly nice people and I enjoyed our conversations.

Elio was great to work with.  He took the time to explain what he was going to do and helped out with a number of other unrelated issues.  His workers were on time, very neat and did a great job.  I would highly recommend using them!

We received a few estimates but decided to go with Elio from Lempa Construction. He was so professional.  Our chimney was cracked for so long it was really starting to deteriorate. He explained exactly what needed to be done step by step.  They arrived on time and got right to work.  Within 2 days the repair was complete, the chimney came out beautifully.  The color is perfect. He even called a few weeks later to follow up and make sure we were satisfied.

We were very impressed with Elio and his crew and plan on using them again!

From the beginning to the end all the interactions and work was stellar. I had picked Lempa construction based on the positive Angie's list reviews. I spoke to Elio, he was very responsive, he came on time for the estimate and promptly provided me with an estimate. He also (same-day) provided the insurance certificates (liability and workers comp). He quickly scheduled an appointment to do the job.
The day the job was supposed to start, the crew and Elio showed up on time. It was quoted to be a 2-3 day job. They completed the job in 2 days.
I also want to draw attention to the quality of the workmanship - the stucco work is beautiful! We had the back of our house stucco to match the other areas (front and side), the color match is 99% accurate - I could not have asked for a better color and material match. Also the stucco was installed so nicely, I am a perfectionist and I had no complaints at all.
I highly recommend them. I had reached out to about 4 stucco companies, Elio was the easiest to work with and the workmanship is great. I am very glad that I chose Elio and his team to do the work.

The job was excellent.  He was very professional and gave me advice on other issues not related to his own work.  He went the extra mile.  He made sure I was 100% happy before he left the area.  He is getting many other jobs from people seeing my house.

I have nothing but great things to say about the amazing job Eilo did
repairing the stucco for my home, he also did an excellent job power washing the
siding of my home.  If you want to save yourself time and headaches hire Eilo to
do the job.  After dealing with a dozen + typical contractors who never call
back, I finally ran into Eilo.  He did an amazing job and matched the stucco
perfectly with the existing stucco on my home while making the necessary
repairs.  Days before he started the job I randomly called him because there was
some alumnimum molding hanging off my roof due to high winds, Eilo came 2 hours
later and nailed it back putting it in place.  Eilo is someone you can trust,
reliable,  he protects your existing property during the project, and its
obvious he cares about his customers.

Elio was very straightforward and easy to work with.   Work was done timely and well.  When we had an issue with a paint color on part of the job, he re-did that part without any hassle.

These workers were hard working and reliable and trustworthy. They didn't seem to skip any corners and it was also affordable compared to other vendors out there. They were eager to do the work and do it well.

After having roofers and other masons (at great expense) try to plug a leak that was coming into one kitchen wall unsuccessfully, Elio managed to figure out where it was coming from and patched it up.  
He's experienced and knows what he's doing. 
He'll be replacing all my stucco in the spring.

Clearly the reviews of Elio and Lempa led me to call him. He agreed to come see my house the  next day. I emailed him the inspection report the night before with total damage description and infra red diagrams of where water had breached inside the stucco.

Elio not only agreed to fix what was obvious from the report, he extended the replacement area by approx. 5 feet to insure there was no questions about the result. His crew was in my driveway every day at 8am. They were diligent and professional.

I can't say enough good about his desire to insure we would be happy with his work. We agreed on a price which was at least 25% less expensive than 2 other bids (which I must admit was concerned about initially).

As they finished and were about to paint, I was not available to choose the color paint to match. The used what they thought  would match. When it dried, it didn't match. I called Elio and sent him photos of the difference. The very next day, after scaffolding was already taken down, his crew showed up, reset the scaffolding and painted the entire affected surface a matching color. I expected to pay a little  more as I was not there to confirm the original color and he would have none of it. He said his original price was his price, he was cordial, professional and I wouldn't hesitate a second to go out of my way to recommend him.

I have retail stores and engage contractors all the time. Never, in 10 years  have I used one as spot on as Lempa Construction.

Very high quality repair work, everybody has been impressed with the result.  A little costly for the time it took and minor lapses in timelineness.  Still, very responsive, nice and very professional. Would use again.

It went very well. Elio was very knowledgeable and thorough with all the work. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do in detail. The entire crew was very hard working as well and they took their time to fix everything perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new or existing work on stucco.

They started at the end of July and finished the second week in September.  I have a large stucco home.  They had to cover windows used scaffold to get high up.  They fixed all damaged stucco.  They fixed gutters; and replaced light fixtures.  When all the repairs were done they painted the entire house.  The house looks great.  They were very professional and friendly  Whenever I had a question they came out to address any concerns and fixed any thing we thought needed touch up.  Would definitely use them again.  In fact, we are waiting for next spring to address some other issues on our decks; in which they will be repairing.

They did a great job. Building looks good and they protected the other surfaces as they worked. They were flexable with adding to the scope of the job too. Will use them again.

Not super professional. Didn't show up the first day and I had to call to follow up.  They did come a few days later and the job was completed in 2 visits. We realized 2 days later that they had left a buck half full of concrete in the corner of the yard, not sure if it was an accident or not.  Overall they did do a great job on the chimney and the price was extremely reasonable (paid in cash).  I would recommend for their quality of work and price.
