It was a very good experience. I feel that they're honest and they do a good work; between those two things that keep us going back. When we started going there, we felt that they gave us good prices. I know that if there's something that might need to be done, they'll tell us if it can wait. They also tell us if there's a less expensive way to handle the situation. In that sense, I can say that they're very good on their price. They're very responsive to our needs.

We have been using this company for many years now. The staff is professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

Bayshore Auto perpetuates the stereotype of slimy automotive service. My truck was taken in for inspection and failed for a 'not ready' oxygen sensor. I was charged $65 for this service and was not provided an inspection extenstion tag. They even attempted to remove the '1-year extension' inspection sticker provided to me by the State DMV.
When they provided a quote for replacement of the failed sensor, they wanted to charge me $95 for a part that costs $35 and an hour of labor at an additional $95. I would not mind paying $95 for labor, but i was told verbally that the mechanic rate was $90 not 10 minutes prior to receiving the quote. In addition, it seems that they have unskilled young people performing the work at this $95/hr rate and not master mechanics.

They are very helpful, very honest, and very professional. We have been taking our cars there for years. The owner is very honest. They would tell us what is wrong with our car. If they think we are better served going to someplace else they would ask us to do so. There was a time when once they told us what we needed to do to get a recall item fixed. That was an extremely honest thing to do, instead of fixing it and charging us for it. They told us where we had to go and we got it fixed basically for free because the part was recalled by the manufacturer. They are really good to take our cars to. I trust their work. I cannot say anything bad about them. They are the only ones we would ever go to.
