They are always professional and hit all spots in the house. We have never had a problem with their service or employees. We have had their service for over 20 years.

THIS is the most professional and effective pest control service we have used.  And we have tried Terminix, Orkin, and 3 other private companies in the past.  

NONE of the previous companies could get rid of the carpenter ants that were plaguing two areas of the home.  They kept coming back.  

But after Delsea came and treated the areas, we have not seen any carpenter ants since. None. Zero. Zilch.  

You have to understand, I've spent THOUSANDS of dollar with other companies over the last 9 years in this house, and they were never able to completely solve the problem.  Delsea has 100% eradicated the problem and it has been 1 year already since we last saw any carpenter ants.  

They have also removed a bee hive behind our house and have sprayed to remove/control the cave crickets in our damp unfinished basement area.

The employees are all friendly and courteous.  They are timely and answer my gazillion questions with patience and in a way that doesn't make me feel like an idiot.  They treat us with respect and really try to explain what they are doing each time.

HANDS DOWN, this is the best pest control company we have ever used.  You should too.

The cost is under $600 for a 1 year service contract with them. I just renewed my contract. We have a lot of woods and have had a lot of rain. They come back to re-treat without hesitation, question or comment. Very prompt and dependable. Service is well worth the cost.
We have tiny ants that come in off the patio - and Delsea treats the outside with spray/gel and also comes inside to put gel in corners and such so the cat cannot get to it and get sick.
Very professional, technicians are always in clean uniform. Punctual and through.

Jason came to inspect the situation the same day I called. He saw where the squirrels were getting in and out and proposed one-way escapes, to be closed after allowing some time for the animals to leave. For the raccoons - Mom and the kids - he said they would be trapped. They got in through a window that blew out during Tropical Storm Sandy and had not yet been replaced. Mark came and put the squirrel escapes on the building and placed a trap in the attic. the next morning, the trap was closed, the food was inside the trap but empty. Mark came a second time and wired the food into the back of the trap. This time we got pictures from the motion-detecting camera of Mother Raccoon stepping over the paddle and removing the can of food from the trap. Then Gary, the boss, got involved and brought a different trap. Five minutes after he left, the mother raccoon had shaken the trap until it closed, dragged it several feet, and although the can of cat food stayed inside, they were able to get it through the cage wires. After receiving this news, Delsea said the thing to do was install a one-way escape and wait for the mother raccoon to go out, make noise, and get her pups out. As it happened, the mother and pups left two nights before the escape was installed, possibly because of the activity of setting up the camera and the people bringing traps several times. I let Mark install the escape in order to be sure the raccoons could not get back in. After a week, he came and closed off the opening in the wire.
The boss said he would like to have some of my pictures for training purposes, but when I proposed a small discount in exchange for the pictures, I did not receive an answer to my email. I felt that if I was going to help educate his people, I should recieve a small payment.
Raccoons are very clever and can make a nasty mess that is dangerous to humans. Delsea answered my initial call right away and came that same day to see the garage. It took a couple of weeks due to my availability and the cleverness of the raccoons, but the raccons can no longer get back in through this window and I can have it fixed.
Delsea was responsive to my phone calls and only a small number of companies will even deal with raccoons. I was happy to find them on Angie's List and would use them again if I had another animal problem.

Tech was on time and professional. Explained in detail what he wanted to do. Was very sensitive to the fact that I have 2 young children and a pregnant wife. He targeted the areas where he saw evidence of ant activity. He also setup traps in each closet for our moth issue.

They come out on a schedule but if you need them out in between service dates there is no extra charge. They are extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

The office staff is helpful and informative, they are responsive to calls, and all the technicians are great. Their prices are comparable to other agencies as well.

Their customer service is good. They are easy to work with and are reliable.

They are very good. They are very thorough, and the do everything in a thorough manner.

They are very good as we have used them for probably 10 or 12 years. They do their job. They show up when they are scheduled, and even if you have any problems in the interim, they come back at no charge. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have used a few pest control companies in the past. This is by far the best experience. They are so pleasant to deal with from the first phone call and any other phone call I have had since. The technicians are so polite, respectful of my home, friendly, and just great all around. I prefer to deal with small businesses where you are treated like a person not just a number or a dollar sign, and I love that I recognize the same technicians each time they come out, and they remember me. Personalized service at it's best! Highly recommend!!!
