This company did not even attempt to fix my PTAC system and recommended a replacement that was $5,800.. They took my money for the estimate and would not even return my emails. The PTAC system just needed to be cleaned and works fine now. I would not recommend this company.

Knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem. Three other companies I had asked to contact me never bothered to respond to my phone calls and emails. Quick cooling was the only company that quickly responded and sent a technician to help fix my Trane central air conditioner that was giving a error 126 code.

I had a reoccurring issue with my Central AC for two years. I was getting no where with building selected contractor so went out and found Quick. Over a holiday weekend (!) they came to my apartment, diagnosed the issue and within a week fixed it. Super professional, very friendly. I went ahead and told my entire building about them so yeah, I recommend.

Both the dispatcher Tabatha and the technician Alberto were very courteous and capable. Tabatha was very helpful when I made my reservation. Alberto arrived on time and did a great job. I was very impressed with the service. I would recommend Quick Cooling & Heating.

The staff was very communicative and professional. The technician also was very professional as well as courteous and efficient. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and the corrective measures needed to bring my system back to proper working order. What I appreciated the most was there were no gimmicks or undo pressure put on us to use the service. I will definitely be highly recommending anyone I know to use this company.

Curtis, the Quick Cooling technician was OUTSTANDING! Curtis arrived on time. He diagnosed my HVAC problem by asking well thought out questions after visually examining the equipment. He explained the situation in a way that was easy for me to understand. Curtis gave me his recommendation, carefully laying out his rationale. Curtis then set to work correcting the problem which he did quickly and to my satisfaction Curtis is a professional, he knows his business and is a fine representative of Quick Cooling & Heating. I enthusiastically recommend Curtis as someone who should be actively sought out to perform your repair work.
