I am very happy with the response and they saved me a lot of money diagnosing a much simpler problem than what was originally thought. The Service Technician was top notch.

Quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC problem.

Given this was a last-minute repair in the middle of a heat wave, I probably overpaid just for the convenience. The technicians were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was overcharged The job was incomplete At the end of visit, my only working system of 2 was no longer working (and it was working before the technician came) and I was told I needed more work done & more $$$ They took my capacitor and left the system hooked up wrong bad experience

I wasn't told that the charge is $125 for a business call. I was told $75 for coming out. I was told that the timer is no longer available and that they could get a substitute part for $1400. They didn't check to see if the thermostat was turned on that the a/c would work. After turning the thermostat back on, the a/c worked again. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Altin was knowledgable, helpful, and true to his word. Unfortunately, instead, I need a electician.

Very professional and fair. Workman Kurt thoroughly explained his actions and seemed to rectify the issue by adding refrigerant to the compressor for our ductless AC system. Its a 10-year-old system and is working better after the visit. He explained other maintenance options, but in no way pushed them. One small quibble was his ill-fitting face mask â â it kept slipping down, though he did make some effort to pull it up. The office was efficient and responsive.

This people contacted me asking $95 dollars to came an check the unit so they can give me an estimate, the issue with that is that i am paying to get a quote that can be to hi compared to others and at this point i already spend $95 dollars and the job is still pending....
