I called this company after being referred by HomeAdvisor, the repair man came, took a payment for 125.00 from me, promising me an estimate that day, which never came, I called the company 5 times, no one seemed to know who I was. On the 5th phone call, the office manager then sent me an estimate for a suggested follow up diagnostic for $2,800.00. Makes no sense to pay for one test and then be advised that I have to take another test, with no information on what needs to be repaired. I am feeling bamboozled and have not been treated kindly by those I have spoken on the phone with. I want a refund and do not want future customers to endure with what i have had to deal with. I have been a landlord for 25 years and have done 10 renovations and I know good customer service when I receive it, not it.

The technicians were skilled and capable. My personal issue was timing: 1st technician arrived at the back end of a 12-4 window and needed to order parts. The parts were not put in before 5 pm which meant another day of no AC. Followed up by morning 8-10 am window scheduled, then abandoned (without communication) for a later window when I was no longer available

They wanted to come the same day I was looking for a pro , they responded quickly and were able to fix my problem

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair the problem. They respond quickly in making the appointment and on time with the repair

Great company to work with Altin was very knowledgeable. Fixed my issue fast.

I asked the company to come and fix my heat. I assured Alton that the heat comes on then goes off. The guy Alton came and he spent less than 30 minutes and called his boss Amir(owner). Amir told him to tell me I have two options. I can spend $2,800 to replace the controller, and a transformer or I can pay $4,800 to replace the whole burner. He was on the phone with the owner Amir, and he told me to call the office to get a better deal. I am saying why cannot I just talk to Amir now. He gave me some backward talk about the manager can give you a better deal, and she would need to get approval from Amir...again why cannot I talk to Amir directly right now. The issue is I had another 5 Star rated technician came and told me nothing is wrong with my transformer nor the controller, he spent all of 3 hours to diagnose the problem. He told me that the issue is the oil line, not the transformer nor controller. He specifically stated that the oil line is damaged. Alton did not take a look at the oil line and we would have paid a minimum of $2,800 to replace something that was not broken at all. In fact, if the line itself is damaged(which he never checked) then we still would not have heat after he replaced the working parts. To mention, the transformer is $75 and the controller is $90...so there is an abhorrent lie. Do not trust and always get a second or even a third opinion.

This company just tried to scam me. My HVAC system had the LPS light go off, so I hired them. Their tech came and told me it costs 2600 to repair this issue by doing a leak system. It did not fix the problem, so they came back and told me it costs another 7500+tax to fix this. I was furious, so I hired another company to take a look. This other company's tech came and fixed the issue within 30 minutes.
