Pleasantly surprised with the courteous, professional service. Super punctual for the quote and service appointments. They were running only 10 minutes late, but nonetheless contacted me to keep me informed. We remove our shoes in our house. When the owner and tech at Quick Coolling came inside to assess the situation, they removed their shoes without hesitating. And oh the AC works great now.

The technician identified the problem but the company only gave one alternative or solution to fix the problem. The main problem was the main circuit board.but to replace the board the vendor wanted to change about 3 or 4 parts which was not worth fixing the heater. For the cost of the repair I would by a new heater instead. Another solution should of been was to replace the main board only. Which I will do on my own.

Installing an AC compressor on the root in a brownstone can be quite challenging. Initially, it was not clear there were enough guys to do the work nor was it going to be possible to get the job done as originally planned however the company improvised on the fly and made it happen.
