Very professional. I had one issue with the time they were supposed to arrive, but at the end of the day everything was working perfect and we were in the cool. Much Much better than our previous company that serviced our 3 central air systems.

From the time I called them to them finishing the job it was the best customer service I have experienced I needed my new heating and air conditioning unit installed before a party that I was having in my home in 4 days! They got the job done and cleaned everything up but also put all my furniture and rugs back without me asking! Great people to work with and trust worthy! 5 stars

The technicians that came seemed knowledgable about my heating system. They explained what was done incorrectly with prior work that was done. I have confidence that my heating system is back on track. I would certainly recommend them to others. I plan to use Quick Cooling & Heating, LLC for maintaining our heating system.

Quick cooling has very good customer service, however, the price for their repair is on the high side.

I noticed a few days ago that my HVAC system was not blowing warm air and I put out a request on HomeAdvisor around 10pm on Monday. I got a call by 8am on Tuesday and someone from Quick Cooling and Heating was out at the house that same day. They diagnosed the issue, overnighted some parts, and completed the repair (replacing an inducer motor, pressure switch, and flame sensor) by 9am Wednesday. That is what I call prompt service and the unit appears to be working fine. From what I can tell, they charge reasonable rates. I would use them again.

Nice guys worked very hard to get the job in one day. The flaw they had was that the guy that sold the job didn't check out the inside unit as well and the new and old weren't compatible which doubled the price. The saving grace he did say if we needed it the price would double. But by not checking himself it caused difficulty for the installer as well as a price jump. Overall they showed up were nice and got the job done quickly. I would use them again.

Cancelled the appointment once, 2 hours late for the reschedule. Basically they charged $300 per hour to look at the units and tell me I would need to spend $1800 to have them serviced.
