Mark kept us updated as to his arrival and was polite and professional. He gave us immediate and long-term repair options and answered all of our questions fully, without pressure or influence. We were very pleased with the results of the repair and the pricing and will be using Mark for any future issues.

I FULLY RECOMMEND Quick Cooling & Heating. I recently moved into the Cliffside Park area and since I bought a home wanted to identify a Heating/ Cooling contractor whom I could call in case of an emergency. First try with a company called Air Quest Technologies., for a Basic Service Call was a DISASTER. If they had done their job on the service call I would not have had the emergency. When my heating did not work, I called Quick Cooling. Amir the owner himself showed up to diagnose the issue and identified it to be a bad FLU Motor. It had to be replaced and they ordered it. Altin came the next day in the afternoon to fix the NEW Motor and he did a GREAT JOB! Will continue to request Altin from Quick Cooling & Heating for any of my future air conditioning needs. What I was most impressed the most is after Altin had fitted the NEW Motor and the system was up and running again he did not leave immediately. He waited and checked/ ensured that the Thermostats in each zone was functioning as needed and he even did a temp. check on every floor to ensure the area was heating up. Excellent job that saved me from a few days of having to brave the cold indoors as well. The service may have been slightly on the more expensive side, but I did not have the patience to order the replacement motor myself and take a chance in ordering the wrong model. I now have Quick Cooling in my Contacts and will call Amir/ Altin up if I needed something fixed with my Heating/ Cooling system.

My Central Air Conditioning System was not working due to motor stop working, they order it and came a couple of days later to install it. Did an excellent job. I am very please. Thank you

Knowledgeable and efficient.

They identified the cause of the new issue quickly, offered a discount and a fair price for repair, and were a trustworthy vendor.

Contractor came out promptly for an evaluation but did not get back to me about whether they could repair or replace existing thru the wall unit. I had to call 2 times over 10 days to get service, and only after I requested return of my service call payment which was to be applied against work. I was offered only unit replacement not repair. Co did not repair Frederick units which surprised me since my original request askedor repair of a specific frederichunit. The new unit is good and the installers were very good. I object to the price, however. I was told it would be $ 1650. I looked up the unit installed and found out it cost $650. That means the service to slide out one unit and slide in new unit was $1000. That is obscene! Would never use this company again. A rip-off.

They tried to double talk me with verbal untruths and they changed their pricing midstream. Seemed a bit shady, but the work was satisfactory. Not impressed at all....I think you should do a better job of qualifying your recommended contractors!

I hired him to fix my A/C. The owner came himself on Saturday afternoon without weekend charge, and gave me multiple options, so that I could make an informed decision. Overall, I am happy with my experience and would use him again.

Quick Cooling and Heating was very quick to respond to my HVAC outage problem and dispatched a repair person within 24 hours. The technician showed up on time and was quickly able to diagnose and repair the problem. The only issue was the price. I had a similar problem last year and the cost to make the full repair (labor and parts) came to about $300. For the same repair I was charged close to $900 for labor and parts. Bottom line if you need a fast repair these are your guys however be prepared to shell out some $$$$.
