My experience with the technician has been a very pleasing experience working with this company wasn't a difficult task thanks for your presentation

I hired this company to fix my baseboard radiator. They came out and quoted $1000. They took a $500 cash payment upfront. The next Saturday, they showed up, replaced the steam valve and shut off valve, and took the remaining $500. I requested that they adjust the radiator at an angle so that the condensing water could drain on its own, but they refused, claiming that they only did what they were told to do. Three days later, the radiator started to leak again, damaging my wood floor. I called them and they scheduled a visit but never came back. They made a lot of promises and did not stand by their word. I need a $1000 refund.

The tech came on time to fix my heating unit which was dripping water. The condensation pipes had to be replaced and the work was done in a timely manner.

Wow, this company is so bad. Got connected with them via angis app. Someone reached out to me saying they can be there the day of request (great) When the tech came his name is Ben, I kid you not and not exaggerating; he did not even step into the boiler room, only took a look at it from the outside and flat out said **I cannot help you, that machine is too old**, and, of course, he suggested a new system that the company can give me a good price for! 1 hr later, I called another HVAC company and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Will never work with this company again.

The furnace repair person arrived late and only stayed for 10 minutes. He is getting my furnace working but never went into any of my buildings four apartments to see if they had heat. He also did not provide me with a receipt or follow-up the next day. It was like he was in a rush. I was expecting a follow-up call to ensure the furnace was working. I received nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did not do any job, I need my money back. They said they could not do anything before they got the money.

Really not happy. The service technician said that it would cost $750 to replace a faulty condensate pump. I questioned the price because I had the condensate pump replaced a couple of years earlier for about $150. Thats the average price you find online as well, with the actual part costing $45-60. Asked numerous times for the main office to provide the official estimate and see if they could bring the price down. Never heard back. And they never sent anything in writing like they said they would. Really odd for a business to behave in this way. I ended up having to learn how to fix the problem on my own. Really wish I didnt have to write this review, but I truly feel like they were trying to take advantage of me with the initial asking price...and then seemed to want nothing to do with me when they realized I knew what a fair price for the task was supposed to be.

Didnt do a good job. Techs arrived late and couldnt fix the issue, they just replaced a couple of parts. The parts they replaced wasnt the problem and when my furnace stopped working again, I called them again and was quoted for something else. I called a different company and they actually tried to troubleshoot the problem and found what was really wrong. Was really disappointed, do not hire these guys theyre pricey, mismanaged, and dont know how to repair.

Although they were efficient and the boiler is working, they are terribly expensive.

Automatic air vent replacement for my hot water baseboard heating boiler. Job was done quickly and he was easy to work with and friendly. Would recommend again.

I was quoted for an extensive repair when the problem was a minor fix (Leaking Schrader Valve) without any need for replacing parts, or breaking the wall. The problem laid right on the condenser, and problem should have been diagnosed when they came in the first time.

Good service and relatively quick (as their name suggests).

They charged me a lot for just a simple capacitor change, they should have giving me a quote, and they over charged me $50.
