Setup and confirmation of appointment were great - office staff very organized and communicate well. Unfortunately technician arrived 45 minutes late to appointment for which there was a two hour window, so 2:45 after window opened without calling to give fair warning. Did a fine job nonetheless; good value.

I wrote a negative review previously because they had not shown up for a scheduled appointment but since have worked extra hard and diligently to rectify. Apparently there was a misunderstanding and we had tried to use a different service that didn't work and quick cooling stepped in and waited on call to help resolve our problem. Although the job is not complete as of yet, they came on a Saturday to assess the problem and are actively working to resolve. Amir, the owner has called me directly and has been extremely helpful and patient to coordinate service. I am very happy with their current service and would certainly recommend them in the future.

First they told me 9 to 11, then they called and said 12 to 2, at 2:15 they told me within 30 minutes, at 3 they told me the driver made a mistake and went to the wrong address and could come first thing tomorrow. I said forget it! Not only was it so unprofessional, but if I hadn't called them they would have just not shown up. Very unreliable.

Bart and his team were very efficient and transparent with the whole process of evaluating and recommending service on our system. They worked quickly and quietly to remove the old and install new equipment. The reason why I gave 3.5 stars for the value is that I thought the price of the repair work with a 2-year warranty to the old unit could have been lower and since the cost of installing a new unit was less than twice the repair quote, we opted for a new unit that only has a 5-year warranty. I expected a much longer warranty on a brand new unit. That being said, Quick Cooling’s customer service and workmanship deserves the highest marks.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the crew that came out to replace our central air unit. It was a pleasure getting to know each of them and seeing how professional they were with the removal, installation and even the clean up! I did not have a good experience with AC contractor who came to my house. The technician stated I needed a part for my old system and Freon and that I should get a new AC unit. I am not sure why because I recently had Freon added to my unit and it was cooling nicely. But what really concerned me was that the technician left my a/c unit panels off and never put them back the way he found them.

They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix it

Quick Cool was quick. Replaced a central AC unit the same day. The team worked until 9:00 pm to get the job done. Now I am cool.

They wanted to sell me a new unit, not repair the old one.

My tech did an amazing job repairing my two HVAC systems, I can really tell the difference and can tell my system isn't over working itself any more. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the problem was much larger than it was during the original inspection and a part needed for the job came late, my repair had to be pushed back twice. There was also a few hiccups in terms of communication, but overall, I am very satisfied and do recommend Quick Cooling.

They did an excellent job replacing my central A/C unit, as well as making sure that I was satisfied with their work afterwards. The technicians returned to my home for follow up - went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with their job. Kudos to Quick Cooling.
