Very responsive and helpful on short notice. Technicians are generally knowledgeable and efficient. Coordination biggest area for improvement. Had to be more proactive, following up, than I would be ideally. Thanks for a great job!

Seems to have a good maintenance program where they come to your house and check things out twice a year. UPDATE: I used them for one recommendation they made to rewire my humidifier into the furnace, which appeared to be correct. When we first spoke, they informed me I could do a "Preventive Maintenance" contract and they would come 2xx a year -- before summer and winter. They said it was "$150 to come twice a year." However, when I went to go ahead with it, they said it was $300--$150 each time..." Also, when they did they rewiring, they did not do any preventive maintenance. They said this was because I never got back to them on the PM. This all got very confused and they admitted there was a "communication mistake."

I needed service quickly and they came out two hours after I called. The technician, Alberto, was very courteous and thorough, and diagnosed the problem. They were able to get the parts and service by the next day. Very helpful and accommodating.

This service is very prompt and the communication was great, plus they were on time both scheduled days. My issue was only the price. As someone who lives alone and run my own business I don't have time for many estimates. They came first and have a $75 fee just to come but will come off if you get the service. I didn't have the time nor did i want to lose the $75. I was happy it was working but still can't feel taken advantage and over charged.

Quick Cooling was great! The technicians Alberto and Armando came and they were so nice and did an amazing job. My house is now cool every location of the house. They fixed the leak and changed my filters. Amir and the receptionists were very nice and made sure that my central air conditioning was running and everything was fine. Excellent customer service. The receptionist called me back within minutes. Scheduled a visit immediately and service technician called before he arrived. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers in my house as I have a small baby and want to avoid bringing dirt into the house.
