Knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem. Three other companies I had asked to contact me never bothered to respond to my phone calls and emails. Quick cooling was the only company that quickly responded and sent a technician to help fix my Trane central air conditioner that was giving a error 126 code.

I had a reoccurring issue with my Central AC for two years. I was getting no where with building selected contractor so went out and found Quick. Over a holiday weekend (!) they came to my apartment, diagnosed the issue and within a week fixed it. Super professional, very friendly. I went ahead and told my entire building about them so yeah, I recommend.

The staff was very communicative and professional. The technician also was very professional as well as courteous and efficient. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and the corrective measures needed to bring my system back to proper working order. What I appreciated the most was there were no gimmicks or undo pressure put on us to use the service. I will definitely be highly recommending anyone I know to use this company.

He explained the situation in a way that was easy for me to understand. Curtis gave me his recommendation, carefully laying out his rationale. Here we are a month later and guess what my brand new A.C. unit is flooding my basement again. This is the worst experience I have every had with a HomeAdvisor recommendations... more of belongings are being destroye,d my basement tiles are now starting to lift because of all the flooding from them installing the unit wrong and could not get it up and running for 3 weeks now the leak is back... I am starting to think I should have shopped around more instead of putting my trust in HomeAdvisor. Still, do your own homework because there are companies out there still doing subpar work for top dollar.At this point I am looking into legal ramifications. This is a joke to the owner, he says they come out anytime for repair under warranty... my neighbor complained saying the new unit is leaking on to the property this company was supposed to come check last month, never came. Now I am waiting for the owner to call me back about my flooding basement we are going on 20 mins wait on an urgent message to a **24 hours a day company** I regret ever dealing with this company.
