I would without a doubt send others their way. For the first time I didn't feel ripped off. He did the work before I wrote the check. He helped me better understand my system and how to keep it up with some basic things i could do and when to call the pro. I believe my technicians name was Curtis. (I'm bad with names). He looked over my entire problem before telling me what needed to be done. A+ in my book.

The technician Alberto was polite, informative and answered all of my questions. On another note, this company came all the way from New Jersey to repair my central unit in the Bronx and only charged me $125 for everything as opposed to Alpha Aire, who operates several blocks from my house and wanted to charge me $175 only to look at the unit. Unsafe, the technician made mistakes causing the a/c to explode like a bomb that caused damage to the my property and smoke that is unhealthy to breath in for the entire day.

Avoid like the plague. Tried to hustle me for almost 3 thousand dollars on a job that someone else did for 500. Also, attempted to bribe me for a 5 star review (which has to be the only possible explanation for how they have such a high rating). These people are thieves, and if it were possible I would give them straight zeroes across the board. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS

This company did not even attempt to fix my PTAC system and recommended a replacement that was $5,800.. They took my money for the estimate and would not even return my emails. The PTAC system just needed to be cleaned and works fine now. I would not recommend this company.
