I called JCP on Wednesday morning and the owner Pedro answered. I explained my situation; he asked about my availability so he could come and look. Since I work full time, my schedule is not easy. He offered to come that same evening! He got to my home exactly on time, saw the issue, explained the problem and went about adjusting the doors and hinges. He then added probably 15 feet of spalsh guards that had gone missing over time. As he was preparing to leave, he mentioned some of the other things he does and lo and behold, he looked at my sliding screen patio door which no longer slides. He spent 10-15 minutes adjusting it, and it now at least operates! (he will be coming back in the spring to replace it for me!). Last but not least, I asked what I owed him, and the amount was VERY REASONABLE!!! As a matter of fact, it was 1/3 of the amount "the shower guy" quoted me over the phone just to come out to the house! Pedro is a fine gentleman and seems to be running a fine and honest business. He is what we should all look for in a small business owner/operator. I recommend him highly! A.R.

edro was very fast in getting my glass table, and also a cool guy. I didn't expect him to go show up so quickly after I made the call. He gave me a very reasonable price for my replacement glass, delivered within the promised date. Again, even for such a small job, he was very professional and attentive. I called a few places before this and they turned me down because the job was either too small or their pricing was too expensive. Would highly recommend JCP Glass in the future.

Had to call JCP after my contractor messed up my corner shower. Due to the mix and match nature of install of the shower base and walls, the glass had to be custom. The price was good and the gentleman was knowledgeable. Would use again.

Overall it was a great experience have a professional installing our shower door.
