No response to numerous calls, emails and texts

Has 20,000 dollars that not returned from deposit and money paid to second contractors for work b not started and work not finished. Has not responded to several calls and emails.

We contacted GTC and spoke with Gus. He was super responsive to my inquiry, very professional, respectful and thorough. Our first “job” was a kitchen ceiling remodel due to water damage in NJ. He conducted a visual inspection and gave us a very fair quote. His attention to detail, cleanliness of the work area and respect for our home went above and beyond. We have since moved into a new home in CT. He spent 3 days and completed everything on our punch list. Again, his thoroughness and attention to detail exceeded expectations!! I have referred GTC to many friends in NJ and CT and will continue to do so. GTC and Gus are top notch!!!

Demo Existing Closet, Build Out Walls, Built Ins, and New Doors

Gustavo is an awesome guy and an awesome craftsman. I'm a first time homeowner and was very nervous about the project at first, but Gus made me feel totally at ease. I truly could not be happier with the work he did for us. We had him build a closet into our bedroom, which involved drywall work, custom molding, built in shelves, etc. Our place is old with lots of custom molding, so my big thing was that I wanted the new closet to match the vibe/style of the other closet and rest of the home. Gus did exactly that. The custom trim/molding he found matched perfectly with everything else in the house, and the built-in shelves matched those of the other closet. It is a very shallow closet, but he made it work. He was responsive, professional, adaptable, and easy to work with. On top of this, he and his father helped us carry a heavy piece of furniture up the stairs while we were moving, which was extremely kind of them. We were hanging around while they were working and had fun chatting with them as well. We wholeheartedly recommend Gus & co to anyone and will definitely work with him again in the future.

Went really well had some delays but not because of Golden Touch all outside of their control. Was very responsive and paid attention to details.

Excellent profession contractor. Very clean and committed to providing an excellent job. Skylight is installed to perfection both inside and on the roof. This contractor is honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Gus is very organized and put together. Very clean and SUPER trustworthy. He is a very hard worker and will go out of his way to help out his client in whatever way he possibly can. I have absolutely no complaints.

The person was professional. Gust was very friendly, he listen too, and did exactly what I expected him to do. I'm very comfortable having him that I know I can trust. He gave advise and suggestions, and did exactly what I wanted.

Gus is a very hard and committed worker. He did an excellent job and produced beautiful custom made closet doors. I would highly recommend him.

It was excellent. He was amazing He was caring. He worked so carefully and didn't leave any mess. He was understanding that I have 2 kids and overall they did an amazing job.
