Overall it went well. The repairs took about three days, and when I got the car back I couldn't tell what had been repaired. The only hiccup was that they forgot to reconnect a fusable link, causing the car to go into and quot;limp homeand quot; mode, but a quick return to them and the car was back on the road without issue.

Ziggy's shop is the place to go to when it comes to autobody work. I dropped my car off and and it was ready within 2 days. There is also and enterprise rental on premise so that you can drop your car off and pick up and rental and the other way around when your car is ready.

I took my car to Ziggy's for a quote on a dent above my front, driver's side wheel. It was Tuesday and they were scheduled to open at 7am, but at 6:45 their doors were open and they were able to give me a quote right away. The quote was not only the lowest I received from any shop, they were willing to take the car on the spot and drive me to the train station so I could get to work. Just a couple of days later my car was done and they had even provided some additional touch-up work on other small scratches at no cost. Between the prompt, friendly service, quality of work, and price, I would recommend Ziggy's to anyone in the Jersey City/Hoboken area.

They were very very professional. They did a great job on the car. We are a one-car household and my son was three months old at that time. Ziggy (the owner) was so nice, he sent me a loaner car AT MY HOUSE even though that was not part of my insurance. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They did work quickly and were very easy to deal with. They also have an Enterprise car rental on-site which makes it ideal for insurance related repairs. They were great!
