The entire project, a gut renovation of parts of a pre-ward, landmarked condominium, was beautifully planned and executed. No impediment was too daunting or challenging for these folks. Communication was great throughout. We can't say enough for their efforts and execution.

Joshua David Home worked within my budget to renovate several rooms in our home in recent years. They made excellent recommendations and we are very happy with their work. For example, Joshua David renovated a small guest bathroom in our house. They used large white tiles instead of the usual small tiles. The large tiles made the room look more spacious. Joshua and Stan are the real deal, the best of the best. During the course of our project -- the renovation of a 2000 sq foot landmarked condo – we had nearly everything thrown at us -- a NYC Building Dept. which was oddly uncooperative; a Landmarks authority which was good at finding problems and not so good at approving solutions; asbestos which wasn’t really there; a hundred year old building which has no accurate architectural drawings. And then there was the pandemic. These guys were hobbled by none of these. They executed upon their design with efficiency, precision and even good humor. Since we live a hundred miles away, they became our eyes and ears. And to our eyes, the result is very nearly perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased..
