Their service is fine. They helped me with a couple of small projects.
"This person must be responding about another company as we have no record of doing any work for him nor have any information for him in our database."
"We've done a total of 2 jobs for Mr. [Member Name Removed]. On the first job we found a leak around the drain of his steel bathtub which he thought meant having to replace the complete bathtub. We were honest with him and were able to repair it saving him the cost of a complete bathtub replacement. We also repaired a leak coming from his lavatory. He was so pleased with the work that we did that he gave both men tips and asked for a stack of business cards so he could pass them out to other people in his development. The cost of the work was $1200.00 and because he chose to use a credit card we told him there would be a 4% additional charge not the 8% as he stated. Two weeks later he called to have the drain cleared for his bathroom lavatory. We charged hi $160.00 + tax and there was no additional fee for using his credit card because of the lower amount. I had to call him to find out what caused him to give a bad review and become so unhappy. He said that he was disappointed that I charged him after we had just worked in his house two weeks ago. I kindly explained that if I did work for nothing I could no longer be in business. Instead of writing a bad review he could have taken the time to share the good work that we had done which saved him a lot of money."
"On New Year's eve 12/31/15, we immediately responded to a call for no hot water. An hour and a half was spent to attempt to correct this problem only to realize the water heater needed a complete replacement. For the time spent we had only charged $150.00 + tax. We quoted $1950.00 for the complete replacement which did include a partial adjustment for the initial money they paid. Unfortunately, he thought that I should have deducted the whole amount of the previous attempt to fix the water heater. I can't understand that he feels we should not be paid for the time spent trying to correct the problem especially since it was a holiday and we went out of our way to help them so they would not be without hot water over the holiday. The $1300.00 quote that he refers to from the utility company is not for the type of water heater that they require. They have a special power vented water heater that has a cost alone of being $1300.00 without labor and other parts so this is a very unfair comparison. Common sense would tell you that if there is such a disparity between the quotes, why would you choose us to do the work? I told my employees to go home early on New Year's eve to be with their families but he conscientiously offered to go and help these people out but it seems that no matter what you do you will not be able to satisfy some people. It is very disheartening."
My property ran into continues clogged up sewer line with everything backing up in the basement. I called a well known plumbing company, they cleared the line and did a video assessment. Still the problem persisted the following week, and the video didn't do much help as it was limited in terms where it could go. Other plumbing companies started to through large dollar figures and still not really helping me with the current situation. Despite having a few on going work projects Carmine and his son were able to squeeze in my appointment and I am very thankful for them. I was there and saw how difficult the job was but with persistence, and you can see their experience and with proper equipment they were able to clear the line. I checked out other plumbing companies, but they were either overpriced, pitched costly re-piping projects, and weren't effective. I'm very happy with the servie and would high recommend their services. Family run business with high level of integrity!
Many thanks,
"Two hours was spent to assess and repair the leak from your dishwasher. Prior to doing your job you were quoted $320.00 + tax, which included labor and material. There was no charge for the estimate. It was at that point that you should have decided if you wanted us to do your job. So yes, I was very adamant about sticking to my price when you called and repeatedly tried to get me to lower it when you had already agreed to the estimate. I don't know why you would be surprised we get such stellar reviews, there's a reason for it."
"Prior to going to the customer’s home, he had already asked numerous questions regarding the installation of a garbage disposal. He told me he had attempted to do it himself. I commend my employees for promptly showing up and efficiently getting it done. While they were there he again questioned and expressed doubt for everything they did. When the job was completed he called my office and started questioning why they just took his credit card number and gave no receipt. I explained the terminal on their truck was not working and it would be done in the office. When he called my office that day I explained we would be closed until Monday because of a family wedding out of town. He then called again on Monday morning while his invoice and receipt was being processed and would not let me off the phone again for 15 minutes. All for a $190 job. I then lost my patience and told him to please not call my company again. I guess that is what caused him to vindictively make this negative report. The customer stated that I am so unprofessional in dealing with my customers but the majority of all my prior reports are all A’s. I also never told him to tip my employees. What I did say is everywhere my guys go, customers are so pleased that they give them tips instead of a hard time."
"Thank you for your business. We look forward to working with you in the future."
