Curtis and the entire team at Aspen Tree Expert Co, Inc were professional, helpful, and thorough. After a tornado broke some trees, we had quite a mess in our yard. The Aspen Tree Expert Co, Inc. removed all of the trees, debris and it looked nothing had ever happened. We appreciate the quick response and the job well done!

I hired Aspen Tree Expert Co. for work at two locations. One location needed to have one tree removed, and a second trimmed/cleaned and treated for disease/fertilized. Everyone I had contact with was patient with my multiple questions and efforts to learn and understand their process. I was reassured that their focus was on keeping trees healthy, and that they would never engage in practices that would damage the health of trees that they trimmed. It is reassuring to know that there are multiple certified arborists on staff, as the necessity of removing two trees at the second location is a direct result of another company damaging/killing the trees due to improper trimming techniques. Everyone was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

I have tried several other tree services and am so very happy that I landed on Aspen Tree Expert Co. I acted on a recommendation I sought from the director of Rutgers Gardens after I had some poor experiences with other services. Their work is professional and safety is a priority. Their climbers are obviously experts. The clean-up is thorough. I am also happy with the judgement of their arborist who surveys my property each year and do a risk assessment as I have many trees near my house. The Aspen team was respectful of an active bird nest that I pointed out to them when removing dead limbs. I will not be going anywhere else for tree service.

The crew was excellent: punctual, personable and very efficient. They were careful with plants, shrubs, and patio furniture near the work areas. We were very satisfied with all their work and clean-up as well.

Aspen did a great job from beginning to end. Very professional staff did the review of the work, prepared the quote and follow up to see if expectations were met. They know their trees and made recommendations to keep our trees healthy and in good shape. Price was best in Ocean County. The team that removed our trees arrived on time and did a great job. They also did a detailed clean up of the job site. Very impressive. Will use again and recommend to others.

in spite of the fact that the employees were screamed at by a wacko neighbor across the street the employees kept their cool & did not respond. instead, they went about their job of pruning the old mulberry tree so it would be stabilized during gale force winds

I was extremely happy and pleased with both the work and customer interface. I had my last two trees removed that were over power lines and Aspen is one of the few companies that are capable of this service. I highly recommend them.

+Aspen isnt the cheapest, but they have all the equipment required to do the job quickly and completely.
