Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. We normally charge $125 to clean dryer vents and that's it. We provide outstanding, well equipped mechanics, who know their jobs. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- TOP SHELF FIVE START SERVICE. "UPDATE: BILL WAS PAID IN FULL. Clown GC provided smart switches that normally require neutral wires to work. The only problem is that this house does NOT have neutral wires BECAUSE ITS NOT WIRED TO CODE. Our Technician explained this to the homeowner (Clowns client) and was able to configure the switches to work. Which meant that he had to read the instructions/schematics of the switches provided by others to make sure he was doing things correctly. This is the FIRST time I have EVER had someone complain about us taking the time and reading directions that come with devices. It’[Member Information Removed] because Clown was paying our bill and not the homeowner. I’m not sure what Clown GC really does or what his expertise is but it sure isn’t electrical work. So he shouldn’t be complaining. And should be paying his bill before we slap a lein on the customers house. I’m sure this homeowner is at wits end with Clown already. I know I sure am."
"Hey [Member Name Removed] maybe next time I can be a 5 star contractor. You gave us 24 stars out of 25 stars( i will take that anyday ) I don’t know how that gives my company a 80 % rating . I m not even phased that you gave us 4 stars out of 5 stars on price point . The average consumer doesn’t understand the cost of doing business in the state of New Jersey as a legitimate contractor. ( $210 to send a qualified tech to your home is not expensive. ) We charge $135 service call to come out and $125 per hour. ( as you see he wasn’t billed for the entire hour , only the time we spend fixing the problem or getting parts to fix the issue) ."
"This is great...First you reached out on a sunday..telling us about your emergency power issue and asking me if it was a power company issue or YOUR issue. I told you it sounded like YOUR issue..and that you would most likely need to hire an electrician. You asked about having a Technician come out that same day and I told you EXPLICITLY that there was a $500 MINIMUM CHARGE just for us to call in a Tech on a Sunday and for him to come to your house. REGARDLESS OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE OR WHAT HE WAS ABLE TO DO ON A SUNDAY BECAUSE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. . I offered to send you a Tech the following day under our normal daytime charges. You said NO I WANT HIM TODAY..SEND HIM NOW.. You then went round and round AGAIN about whether or not you would be charged if the issue was in fact a power company issue. I told you YES. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. And you ordered the Service Call for arrival within that Sunday afternoon. What happened? The power company IN FACT DENIED RESPONSIBILITY and our Tech was unable to get your parts on Sunday. He tried to get your power on and when he gave you the bill what did you do? YOU HANDED HIM $200 IN CASH AND TOLD HIM TO CALL ME AND LIE TO ME AND TELL ME IT WAS A POWER COMPANY ISSUE AND THAT THEY ALREADY FIXED IT AND WE COULDNT BILL YOU FOR COMING OUT. And THATS why I told you to go elsewhere rhe following day. WE DONT WORK FOR LIARS, CROOKS, OR DIRT BAGS. And you're all three. HAVE A NICE LIFE."
