They were great. My tec. knew what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. he was knowledgable of my equipment and very helpful. He was kind and courtious and offered services such as pool opening and closing (which i did not know they serviced) along with chemical delivery (i did not know was possible). I would reccomend them highly to anyone in need. i was pleased with the services provided and intend to continue with them for future care.

Failed Spa Heater. Jim contacted me within minutes of my request with a same day visit. Defective part was orederd and replaced exactly on the day it was promised. Reasonble charge for service. I will be calling Aquarius for my pool opening next Spring.

jim was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with our hot tub. in fact, he had to come back twice. unfortunately, there was major damage to be repaired and we elected not to repair because of the cost involved.

Set up appointment the day they called and they arrived early on the date we chose. Very professional and job was completed to my satisfaction. Rate was very acceptable.

Jim Howard is one of the good guys! Believe me I have dealt with some really bad pool guys and it was nice to meet Jim. He arrived when he said he would. Gave fair prices. Did what he said he would do and more. I would hire him again!

A Nightmare ! The guy was Very nice however after 400 dollars into it started may 19,2010 to open an above ground pool,it was a marsh green and smelly by memorial day and after,kept putting chemicals that Did NOT clear pool and when i suggested he start over said he wouldn't recommend that because the walls might collapse. He never called me back when I voiced frustration ,and the bottom line is I paid money and did it myself to be in the pool the 4th of july, A BBIG RIP OFF
