Wonderful. I called very last minute for a large job and everything went very smoothly.

The move was very professional. My sales person Mark explained everything up front and there were no surprises.

I am extremely satisfied with Keira Moving and the job they did moving my family from one home to another. The owner, Gaby was very nice when he came to my house to give an estimate. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The day of the move, the crew arrived promptly and began packing right away. They were professional, efficient and very careful with all of our belongings. At our new home, they put all the furniture exactly where it was supposed to be and reassembled everything with perfection! Excellent job! I would definitely recommend Keira Moving!

I hired this company to move my belongings 14 miles away. They loaded my 72” mechanic’s toolbox and dropped it out of the back of the running truck while pulling forward in front of my house. Best part is I watched it happen from inside my house and caught it on my doorbell cam, and the movers didn’t tell me until I pointed out the damage while they were unloading the toolbox at the storage facility. I’ve called multiple times to make an insurance claim and haven’t received a response since the first call on November 9th . I’m still waiting for a call back!!!!

Upon first contact with Kiera moving i spoke with Gaby (the owner i believe). He was very professional and polite. He also came to my house to give me an estimate. He was quick and I signed up on the spot. The packers arrived on time the day scheduled and packed my stuff quickly and with care. The next day they returned to finish packing and load the truck. My stuff was on the road by 3 that afternoon. The day after I arrived in Florida the movers arrived with my stuff. They unloaded my items and set them in the proper rooms. They helped put my dining room table together and were very polite through the whole process. When I unpacked I was pleasantly surprised nothing was broken. Thank you Kiera Moving for such a wonderful experience!!!

USE ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY! We hired Keira Movers to move our belongings from NJ to California. Eddie was very helpful/friendly in the beginning, and offered a price much less than other movers, so we thought we were in good hands. When Danny and his moving team arrived, they were very polite, however they forgot all their packing supplies (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc) and still proceeded to charge us $100 for "packing supplies" which basically included tape and saran wrap. Also, BE SURE TO CHECK HIS INVENTORY LIST, he purposely leaves items off there so that they cannot be accounted for later on. Him and his crew STOLE a few of our valuable items even though we tipped them all VERY GENEROUSLY ($80pp). When we tried to reach out to him, Eddie or Gaby to get our missing items back, they refused to help us and stopped responding - very poor customer service once they received their money. The rest of our boxes came back looking like an elephant had sat on them, completely mishandled and broken. Also, the company states they will wrap up your mattress/box spring appropriately - what a joke. Our mattress arrived with half a layer of saran wrap, torn and super dirty. I would NOT recommend using Keira Movers to move anything you have of value!

Please read this review before hiring this company for you move. I did not read any reviews and took the word of the sales rep Mark Nash and my move was a disaster. I used Keira Movers for my move from New Jersey to Georgia and spoke to Mark on several occasions before the move. After the final invoice of the items I was moving was given 2 days before the move I was given a price of $1500. When the movers arrived the moving foreman Danny added $528 to the move without even looking at all the things invoiced to move saying that Mark was just the sales rep and he makes the final decision on price. Danny then told me that I had 5 minutes to make up my mind or he was leaving and not taking anything. I called Mark who said that Danny could not make such a request but as Danny was basing all his conversations on intimidation I reluctantly agreed to let him move my things. During the move Danny also mentioned that he should have brought his gun to this move although I knew this was not possible because New Jersey is a no carry state. This again was him using another form of intimidation durning this move. Finally he requested a tip for him and his helpers and when I refused he walked out and I believe this is the reason some of my things were damaged upon arrival in Georgia. Bottom line I would NEVER recommend Keira Movers to anyone. Beware of this company and their wonderful sales pitch.

The job that Daniel and Carlos did picking up the furniture was great. They made it as easy and effortless for me as possible. Delivering the furniture was quick and simple thanks to their expertise. Their level of professionalism was impeccable.

They did a great job. I found them on Angie's List. The cost depends on where we live. We've used them in the past. They are efficient and reliable. They don't steal and they are honest. They do a good job and they are fast. They were thirty minutes early.

These guys were excellent! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. The estimate was very precise and they provided me with lots of helpful hints for packing and preparing for the move ahead of time. They arrived promptly the day of the move and the guys got right to work. Like a well-oiled machine, each mover had a job to do to prepare the items for moving and then packing up the truck. They had my house packed up in no time! Upon arrival at my new house, they unpacked and set up my furniture as requested. All the guys were polite, attentive, and very careful in handling my items. I would most definitely recommend Keira Moving- they made the task of moving a much easier and smoother transition.

KEIRA MOVING HAS HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOT ME SUED!!! The owner Gaby failed miserably to address damages caused by his employees when moving furniture out of the house we sold. The damages included a whole in the wall, scratches dent to the wall and wood floors. I spoke with Gaby on the day of the move, 8/29. We discussed getting the repairs done quickly for the new homeowners. Jose the lead mover said that day said they normally take care of some of the damages, but didn't have the time since they were running late. I was told to take pictures of the damage as Jose did not have the time. I did and forwarded them to Jose the next day as requested. Gaby had asked that I also contact his claims department. After many calls and emails I was getting nowhere with claims. I finally got to speak with Margaret, Executive Director of Customer Care. I expressed to her I was very frustrated at the lack of urgency being shown concerning the damage done by the employees. Margaret kept correcting me during the call to the point I muttered out of frustration, “what a piece of work.” Well that was all it took for Margaret to unleash on me the customer. On a recorded line she began to threaten me by saying she has over 30 years of experience and do I know who I am talking to. She continues to threaten me (remember I am the client) with stating that she is the one that prioritizes the work and she can drag this claim out the full 90 days if she wanted. Well she made good on her threat. As a side note I did apologize for my comment made during the call, however I never received any apology from Margaret. This is on a recorded line and I give them my permission to release the recording or transcript of the call to whomever would like to hear it to see I am telling the truth. Now FOUR MONTHS went by with no updates from neither Gaby nor customer care other than paperwork to fill out. Numerous calls and emails were placed pleading, begging Gaby and customer care for updates with none received. In November the new homeowner’s lawyer threatened to sue me if the damages were not addressed in the amount of $6,300.00. I emailed Gaby numerous times once again begging, pleading to PLEASE respond, but they did not. On 11/23 a lawsuit was filed by the new homeowner against me. Gaby's claim’s department’s Executive Director of Customer Care Margaret finally responded only after I disputed the credit card charge I used to pay for the move. Gaby has not fulfilled his obligation to repair the damage caused by his employees after 4 months. I now was forced to hire a lawyer at a retainer cost of $2,000.00 because of Gaby not meeting his obligation to address this very sensitive matter in a timely fashion. If he cared about his customer he could have easily expedited this claim to help me, his customer, avoid litigation. Gaby chose not to. Here is the response I received from Margaret. This is after I emailed and called over the past 4 months pleading and begging them to please expedite the repairs. Margaret writes using theses exact font sizes “Once our review is complete, WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR CLAIM FORM, we will send you a written determination with any settlement offer approved.” She goes on to state she has until 01/12/2019 to respond. See, Margaret is true to her word, “she can drag this claim out the full 90 days if she wanted”. It is very clear based on their actions that Keira Moving could care less about you the customer.

I couldn't hear Adam over the phone well and asked him to repeat his name and company. I also wanted him to confirm that he got my phone number from Angie's List. He told me he received the information from either Angie's List or Home Advisors. Just after these 2 requests, Adam got agitated with me. I told him that I didn't like the way he was speaking to me and then he hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Note: we didn't even get to speak about the job.

Extremely rude from the get go.

Not well. Although through the preliminaries (phone calls, etc.) they seemed very professional and the price seemed very reasonable, the move was anything BUT. They did not wrap the furniture at all!!!!! And when I asked them about it, they said "don't worry, we'll blanket it in the truck." (Really? And what happens if you bump it on the way to the truck?) When I peaked in, it really wasn't wrapped. I've moved many times in my life and I've never had a mover not wrap the furniture BEFORE carrying it out. Watching one of the guys (he was short, and very slight in build), he could barely lift the furniture! They "poo-poo'd' me when I suggested that they take the drawers and shelves out before lifting it (it is solid teak - very heavy). When we arrived at out house, the smaller guy almost dropped the chest on the way up the stairs, and when I got upset he said to me "well it's heavy!" (WELL NEWS FLASH - you're a mover; you're supposed to be able to lift heavy furniture). Right after that they wacked the chest into the ceiling edge above our staircase and chipped the the sheet rock and put a white scratch on the side of the chest. Adam, one of the guys, said he's also a contractor, and "not to worry," just call him on Monday and he'll come in and repair it. I said I wouldn't call the office about it as long as he came to fix it. Well, I called him twice and he never responded. My mom died 10 days later and I can't be bothered calling their office and dealing with this, but will NEVER NEVER hire these guys again. Really, they were like amateurs!!!!!!

Everything was seamless, professional and the workers worked with the utmost care in packing and moving my belongings.

Everything went smoothly, the movers were wonderful.
Adam was my point of contact and he called me promptly back and explained the pricing and coordinated the move and made suggestions that were very helpful.
Also, this company helped us out with less then a two day notice!
Will definitely use them again and refer their company to others.

On 8/18/16 we hired Start Moving Inc (www.startmoving.biz) to assist us in taking the next step in my families future. We became home owners and were extremely overwhelmed with the entire home buying experience that we were not sure what to expect with the moving experience.  From my first conversation with startmovinginc we knew that everything would be okay.  The professionalism displayed from my first conversation put me to ease.  They explained everything we needed to know from pricing, time , amount of movers, suggestions, and the overall experience.  

The 4 gentlemen showed up right on time and went right to work.  They moved the boxes first and then went to the furniture.  We had 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and attic that we were moving out of.  When we packed everything we honestly felt bad for whoever was doing the move because we did not realize how much stuff we had.  These gentlemen cleared our apartment out and loaded the truck in 1 hour and 20 minutes no to mention that they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.  

Our new home had new floors, walls, kitchen, and bathrooms so we made sure they knew to be careful since it was our first home.  They unloaded the truck and put everything in the spot we needed it without any issues.  They were polite, professional, honest, and hardworking.  We are extremely thankful for the work they provided and highly recommend their services.

Start Moving did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable during a very stressful move. Chris led the team - they called the morning of to let us know the time they would arrive within the one hour window we were given in advance. Additionally, each mover introduced himself to us, and was proactive in asking questions and pointing out any concerns.

We have some very big, awkward pieces of furniture that needed to be handled with care, along with some mirrored pieces and granite topped tables. The entire move went off without a hitch. Nothing was damaged and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The Start Moving team worked steadily and hard through the entire day, even when a major storm struck mid-move. They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them... And already have to my family and friends!
