"I have not received any phone calls from this person and I will be contacting Angies list to have this review removed. We went into this slum lords "rental" property in Howell NJ and replaced the tub surround. We were told that the plumbing was fixed and that is when we proceeded to do the tub surround. This bathroom had been leaking for sometime. There were mushrooms growing out of the carpet. While we were there this slum lord was passed out on the stairs most of the time. Literally sleeping on the stairs. It was a very creepy experience and we have pictures of him passed out. To put a negative review about something that we had nothing to do with is absurd. Please review and or contact our other customers for an accurate review."
Eric and his crew took the time to take down the range hood and then put it back up so they could tile behind it instead of making cuts around it. That made the final job look much cleaner.
They were very good pointing out their efforts in making everything looks the best when the existing cabinets and walls were 'cricked and not properly leveled'. They also suggested how the existing imperfections could be fixed and at a they came back with extra material to do so.
Tear down to the studs, install pan, tile floor and shower install Vanity and sink, Medicine cabinet and lighting and reroute plumbing.All plumbing and electrical performed. New floor molding was installed and painting of all walls and ceiling.
When I called for the estimate, Eric came to my home the same day. He Provided his price and provided me of a list of cost and all the materials I needed to obtain.
Each day they arrived on time and keep me updated with what would be done. When the job was completed , all was completely cleaned up.
I will definitely use Eric again for any future work I need and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

The crew at Meticulous Tile did an amazing job of turning my outdated 1980's bathroom into a beautiful spa-like space. They were prompt, courteous, neat and wonderful craftsmen. Eric's tiling was outstanding and Lou did wonderful work on all the fine details. The room was taken down to the studs and was completely transformed, including all new plumbing and electrical work. Eric always returned my calls and kept his promises. His design ideas were so helpful. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them.

"I'm not sure you have the right company. I do recall coming to you home 2 months ago. Why you would post something so negative about a company that did not do any work for you is puzzeling. If you had a question or concern you could have certainly contacted me directly. Instead of ruining our great rating."
Eric and an associate removed the damaged plastic shower material. They installed fiberboard on the walls and then the tile. They also installed a new shower faucet and shower head. The next day Eric came alone, did some caulking and polished the tile. He was to install the frameless shower glass doors but was not familiar with this new style. He referred me to a firm he worked with and the next week they installed the doors at the same cost Eric would have charged. Good, professional effort on Eric's part.
