Joe replaced the roof and installed siding on my mom’s house. They did a first class job at a fair price. Joe was honest, responsive and always did what he promised. Joe and his team are highly recommended.

A thorough free inspection was done on my roof. Very honest opinion and reasonable quote was given to us. No immediate service needed as this point of time, but we will hire them when time comes for service.

From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, Four J's was professional, courteous, punctual and efficient. No time wasted over the span of the 2-day job. Everything was clear in the quote and no surprises through the process. Highly recommended for any job big or small.

Everything was great. During the process several sheets of rotted plywood were found, and Joe would always take photos and send to me to verify approval to replace prior to doing so. There were other items found through the process and he was always quick to reach out to us to discuss. His crew were very friendly and meticulous in the work performed.

We met with a few possible service providers, and found that Joe was up front and didn't attempt to upsell us beyond what we wanted. With the existing siding being very old, there were items found within the structure that needed repair. Joe kept me updated through pictures via text and discussion throughout the process if I wasn't around, and asked my opinion as to what I may wanted done with options where possible. Joe is not like a lot of other guys who sell you on a job and then you don't see him until the job is done. He was at the house every day making sure things were moving along at a good pace, and that a good job was being done. We've come to consider Joe as a friend of the family and have suggested him to several friends that have been considering having siding or general construction work done at their homes.

Our experience working with Joe was all good! He's extremely prompt responding to your first, and all inquiries. He was one of the only roofers to objectively discuss the various products on the market and to provide his insight to the pros and cons of several high rated brands such as Atlas, GAF and Corning. The price quote was competitive, the work done as scheduled, they cleaned up well, and Joe helped us with the paperwork we needed to qualify for a superior warranty from the roofing manufacturer. We opted for Atlas Pinnacle shingles because of their extended algae warranty and we also had 4 Velux skylights replaced. The house looks beautiful! Joe actually cares to see that you are satisfied.

Joe Speer had been highly recommended to us the previous year to redo our roof after the hurricane.  Work was completed quickly, clean up amazing.  Very happy with roof.
In 2015 Joe did the siding on our house.  He was very helpful in choosing color and type of siding based on our location (trees).
His crew showed up every day on time.  I did not have to wonder if they were showing up.  Job was done quickly. We are very happy with the siding and his crew cleaned up every day.  Site was immaculate when they finished.  Joe Speer is the best!

I can't say enough about Joe Speer and his crew.
  He had been highly recommended by several homeowners in our area when we needed to replace the roof of our 1971 house due to a tree falling on the roof during a major storm the previous year.   The work was done professionally, within the time frame he gave us and cleanup was amazing!. 
When we needed to have our house resided, Four J's Contracting was called again to do the job.
Again we were not disappointed. He brought samples of the siding, offered some suggestions about what colors and styles to use etc. based on our location.  The work was done on time and results were excellent!  
The clean up was amazing. The area around my house was left spotless when they were done which I really appreciated.

All went very well.  Job was well done, on schedule and the mess was cleaned up each night.  I recommended Four J's to 3 of my neighbors who were also very satisfied with their work.  I now have Four J's clean my gutters as needed. 

Roof was done in one day. Workmanship was great. The work area was cleaned up, couldn't tell they were there. Right on target with the price. Estimate was much lower than a larger firm.

The job went great. Everyone was very nice and our yard was kept clean, the bushes were well protected while they worked
and the job finished quickly. The window mantle moldings really improved the appearance and we are glad that we went with Joe's recommendation on the size of the window mantles, the ones my wife and I were thinking about would have been too small. We were very happy with the pricing and job performed. We will be recommending Four J's Contracting & Roofing to friends and family.

Did my roof and it came out well, had a few surprise add ons so make sure you cover everything that can go wrong ahead of time. Took care of a few concerns quickly and I would reccomend. Fast clean straight forward and quality work.
