I had had 3 other technicians come in separately to fix my heat pump for double the price each visit and they never determined the reason for it not working. James was able to diagnose and fix within half an hour. Such a pro. I am still waiting on a quote to install/remove a new heat pump for my kitchen but have not heard back yet.

Very pleased with the service. He was right on time, very knowledgable, and polite. I'd say he was fairly reasonable with the service rate, although I don't really know enough about this industry to gauge pricing. I do know that I would definitely call Jimmy's Arctic Air again in the event of another AC repair. Highly recommended!
