We are an authorized applicator for GAF, and also work with CertainTeed, Tamko, and Owens corning. We offer up to 10 years on our workmanship warranties. The warranties are transferable if you are planning to sell your property in the future! We also prefer to install ridge vents on residential roofs, which will help make your home more energy efficient, taking care of your backyard is our priority as well. Whether the need is an immediate roof leak repair, general roofing maintenance work to insure the longest life of an existing system, or the complete replacement of a roof that has reached the limit of its service life, we are experienced in assisting our clients in getting full value for their roofing dollars. George and his team were so professional! I am very happy with the overall result of my NEW roof. I had a little leakage prior and Hannsy's Home Remodeling came to the rescue. No one compared to Roof Repair when it came to price, honesty, knowledge, and integrity. George kept in contact before, during, and after project - which i appreciate. Will be recommending him for anyone who needs any repairs.

We chose this contractor from Angies List. It was the best choice. We had a roof replaced. The work was done in one day very impressive. Joerg, the owner, was super . He came when I called, gave us an estimate on the spot and did exactly what he said he would do. I would recommend him without hesitation. We will definitely use him again for any projects we may have. He will be on our list of contractors to use. Give him a chance, you will not regret it.

George was fantastic from beginning to end. He came out to see us a day after we first requested quotes. He listened to what we wanted, climbed on the roof, and gave us an informative quote to make sure we understood what he was proposing. He was exceptionally responsive. The dumpster and materials were delivered 3 days after we signed the proposal and his crew showed up on time the following morning. They did a great job... Removed two layers of shingles, removed old gutters, made minor roof sheathing repairs, cut new ridge vents in, and replaced flashings and then the roof with architectural shingles. Second crew came the next day to put up new gutters and leaders. Site was cleaned well before they left. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend!

Well when I wanted to do this Major project my first call was to George. He replaced our roof last year and was amazing. We had new siding installed. Front and side steps taken out and replaced as well as new side walks installed. A new driveway and coble stone boarder to driveway. Also added a small deck with pavers to rear of home. All his workers took care and were very helpful to us regarding our puppies Outside needs! To say the least this was a Big job that required permits and dealing with township though out the job it was very important and George did fantastic. We communicated through out the job. Any issues we resolved without question. He took great care and pride and wanted it to be the Best Job! And he did by far the Nicest house on our Block!! NO QUESTION Hands Down Hannsy's Constuction is the way to go. Thank you and your Team George! I would like to add Anglist will not let me post pictures that are not upside down !

George’s crew were punctual and setup properly to ensure minimal impact to the property. The crew worked hard for 11 hours straight to complete the job. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Although drip edges were not used, ice shield was folded over and tucked under the gutters which has the same effects. Could have been improved had starter course was used. Also only 3 ft of ice shield was used instead of running past the heated area of the roof. Overall quality was better than my previous roofer but still have room for improvements. George takes time to discuss the work and his crew is hardworking although George was not at the job site the entire time. Would use again

George the owner came promptly, very punctual and professional, seems to offer a high quality service. Their quote was a little bit higher than others, but it included many extras that would have been nice to have, like gutter guards and attic fans. We decided to postpone the project till next year. Would recommend giving them a call to get a quote.

I interviewed 6 companies to complete a roof installation of my home a detached garage. After reviewing the quotes and looking at the customer reviews I was convinced that Hannsy's was the company. George came to my home not 2 hours after I contacted him and called me from my roof! The day of work men showed up at 730AM and went right to work! I have an extension on rear of home that the roof was sagging and in bad shape. He assured me that he would be able to correct any issues we may have once the tare off was complete. And sure enough it was in bad shape! Like opening a can of worms bad! George explained what the issues were and how he would repair going forward and assured me it will be fine when completed! I must say I was worried but knowing what I saw from his Angislist reviews and pictures of past work I was in great hands! Sure enough it came out great! Had an 1/2 inch of rain and No leaks not that I thought I would! They were completed by 5:30PM and clean up was awesome! George was great and called next day to make sure I was pleased! First Class ! Will rehire for siding in future for sure!

The crew was very organized and punctual. From start to finish they worked in tandem to get the work done. Paid attention to detail, the owner George was available to explain any questions we had and took the time to explain everything. Material was delivered to my house before the project started. Very happy with their work. The cleanup and their attention to detail was awesome. I even forgot to put down covers in the attic and they went up and cleaned that up too! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I can't say enough positive comments about this company! I got several estimates before hiring Hannsy's. Not only was the price lower than the others, but he (George) offered a more complete job with extras. The communication between George was excellent. He was so very polite and responded to all my questions and concerns, day and night. The men on the crew work so hard and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day's work. I'm so pleased with the roof job, that I've already hired Hannsy's for additional repairs in my home. They do more than roofing and siding. Just speak to George.

It went really well. They were very professional and did excellent work. George the owner was very accommodating and his workers were highly skilled. After the work was done, they cleaned up everything. They also cleaned around the house to ensure that there were no nails or any other sharp objects left behind. George personally inspected for any imperfections and took care of them. We were very satisfied with the quality of work that was done and their professionalism. I recommend them highly for any project.
