He came when he said he would, diagnosed everything properly, and I was impressed by him. I am very picky and do not recommend companies lightly.

The work was excellent! Although the price was a little high

Technician came on Friday and managed to get the space heater lit, but it wouldn't shut off. He determined that the problem was with the thermostat and the wiring. He said it would need to be rewired and need a new thermostat. He said he would order it and they would be back by Wednesday to finish the repair. He left the ticket open to save me money. They called me on Monday to say they already had everything and we set up the appointment for 8:30 am on Tuesday. Unfortunately, he did not get here until 10, but he fixed everything, checked the flue on the roof and the pipe through the attic and was very thorough and careful. He said that he would only charge me for a half hour instead of an hour because he was so late. I am very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

We contacted him and they accommodated our work schedule. It took 2 days to complete the job. Very professional. Cleaned up well and would definitely call them back for future work.

The technician was very professional and pointed out any problems I might have down the road.

Bob arrived on time, was most professional and pleasant. After I explained the problem, no heat to one of four heating zones, he began to examine the equipment. He immediately identified the parts which would need replacement and quoted the price for each. What impressed me was the fact that he offered more than one option for each repair. For example, he could bypass an automatic switch on the zone valve and manually adjust the valve to operate which would give us heat and solve the problem for the time being. He explained that this would only last for a few days, but it would offer us time to make decisions without rushing. This same approach was employed by him wherever he could. He appeared to be genuinely concerned with the costs involved and was careful to be sure I understood the amount of each part and the labor charge involved. He did go above and beyond the part replacement by rewiring the zone valves, even those that were not involved in the repair because he felt they were not wired up to his standards. Admittedly a relatively small part of the overall job, but an indicator of the level of professionalism he exercised throughout the afternoon.

I had used a different plumber a long time ago to fix the problem but he wanted to work on the wall, and really didn?t do much good. I just let it go. When I called this company, the plumber that came out, not only tried to work with the existing equipment there but he actually fixed it, and he wasn?t ripping out the wall. He said that he would try and fix it without doing anything drastic like that, and he did, to a great extent. It was an older fixture but he did work with it, and that pleased me very much. Since I have no one else to compare it to, I have no idea if the price was good or not. I didn?t feel that whatever he charged me was in any way wrong. He came when he promised to come, and one time, when he couldn?t make it, he called me up in time. It was fine with me and we rescheduled the appointment. He was a very pleasant person, and he certainly knew what he was doing. I would use him again.

His prices were much too expensive and I would not use him again because of that. He installed 2 new outside faucets in the front and the back. He was courteous enough and competent because he ran into some problems while doing the work and he solved them.

Everything was great. He did a wonderful job with the work, and he persevered in challenging work. The quality was superior, and we got along very well. He was prompt and his prices were quite reasonable. I was extremely happy with him and would absolutely use them again.

Did great work...they came on time, were done in a reasonable amount of time and gave me honest advice about what warranties I would need on the hot water heater and what was a waste of money...

I own a house. I noticed leaks in the cieling. It was from the pipes from the bathroom. I went to Angie's List and got this company. He came out on Thursday April 30th. He looks at the cieling. I told him I was interested in several thing, but the big issue was the leak. he looked at the leak and he told me under my home owner policy they would. He said he would inflate the chargeHe said in the meantime he would send his men the next day, I would be unable to use the water until then. They didn't show up until 4 o'clock after I made several calls. He said that it would take two hours and he didn't have time to do it till Monday. On Saturday I call an emergency plumber and they came out and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Later I got a bill Breitenbach for $235.94 for opening the ceiling. He didn't fix anything, left me in a lurch and billed me for it.

They did everything well and we were pleased with them. We had a leak under the kitchen and bathroom sink. The leak under the bathroom sink was because it was not installed properly years ago. The person that fixed it seemed to know what he was doing and was very pleasant. The price was reasonable.

The plumber phoned to confirm arrival time and phoned again when he was delayed on his prior job. He was knowledgeable and professional and was able to correct an original faulty installation of the bathroom faucet. We used this company because they did a good job installing a dishwasher for our appliance dealer.

It took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but it was worth it. The job was expertly executed. The gentleman who came was wonderful, professional and had been with the company for 37 years. That speaks volumes to me.

Company showed up on time. Bob was very professional and pleasant, as was the receptionist who booked the appointment. They are a little pricey, but probably worth in, given the service.

The service was excellent. It was a weekend when I called and I had no hot water. He came and diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him. He took care of it very expeditiously that day.

We had a problem with our old shower control knob (single knob that controls hot and cold water similar to some hotel rooms). We were not getting any cold water pressure - just hot. I tried to take it apart myself to replace parts, but in the process of taking the old value apart, I damaged the pipe in the wall and caused a pin hole sized constant leak. After I could not patch the leak, we made some phone calls and got R J BREITENBACH & SONS on the phone. This all happened on a Sunday afternoon and the plumber (Bob) came to our house at 9:30 Monday morning. He was very nice and finished the job by 12:30. We are satisfied with the plumbing work. We now have to get a couple of shower tiles replaced. He recommended a friend (carpenter) to do the job. We called a couple of people from Angie's List and decided to go with a different handyman. I was a little disappointed that he could not fix the tile too, but maybe that is normal. All together when this job is finished, it will have cost about $850 between the plumber and the handyman. Maybe that's a fair market price, but I was hoping it would be less; that's why I gave the plumber a "B" on price.

They were professional from phone call inquiry through completion of work. Called in the morning and asked them to come anytime after noon. They were there promptly at noon. They were friendly, explained what the problem was, what the fix was and completed the work (and cleaned up the area) quickly. Will definitely call them again.

Good to work with from the initial phone call through to the actual service. They have done 3 or so jobs for me so far and all have been done well. I am amazed at how much everything costs, but not enough experience with plumbing to know if everyone is that high. However, no issues with their work so far which is worth a lot.

Very nice technicians, prompt and clean. In this day and age, that's a great thing.

Excellent - they were running late, but did call. Very pleasant, I was concerned that because he was so late, he'd rush the job, but it was completed professionally and courteously.

Let me tell you that this was an excellent experience. The plumber, DREW, was very thorough. Explained everything, cleaned up after himself, was polite and dealt well with my cats and kids. I would have this service back in a heartbeat over others I have tried and I have tried many.

No problems. Came when scheduled, took about 1.5 hours. He shimmed the toilet for a tight fit since the floor tile was not quite flat.

I called this company on Saturday expecting to get a machine to leave a message but an answering service picked up. I explained that I had a leaking valve connected to my washer and the woman on the phone stated that someone would contact me on Monday. On Monday morning I received a phone call from the company and a plumber was at my door by noon. He was very pleasant and performed the job well, no issues, he knew what he was doing. Frankly, I'm thrilled that I could get someone out so quickly for a small job.
