Description of Work: Have used this company for years because of the quality of the work. The plumbers are reliable and professional, always making sure I am aware of what they are doing and why. Over the years, they have installed a new furnace and a new water heater, corrected problems that surfaced with the pipes in this, an older home, and, of late, extended a water line with a shut-off valve to a new refrigerator. |Their rates are not the cheapest around, but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. With Breitenbach, the work is done correctly the first time around--have never had to call them back to correct their installation.

I finally decided to get a plumber because the leak was continuing. He fixed the faucet and did a splendid job. Very nice personality and cute too. The woman in the office was also nice and took care of my problem right away.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, 2 weeks later my zone heating began having the same problems. I telephoned the company and stated my concerns. The same serviceman arrived to reevaluate the situation. He found one of the valves not in proper working order. Therefore, he stated it needed to be replaced. I was not too happy with the entire process as it comes to be the thermostat was not the problem in the first place. The bill for the new thermostat was $125 and the valve replacement and labor was $300. I stated I would pay the difference. However, he chose to leave my home without accepting payment. I have not heard from the company since so my payment was zero.
Description of Work: From my evaluation, I scheduled them to repair a valve in my zone heating furnace. Upon evaluating the furnace, the serviceman stated the thermostat needed to be replaced and the valves were in good working order. I went with his advice and allowed him to replace the thermostat.

They arrived exactly when they said they would, had the items as promised, the plumber was informative and helpful without being pushy about which faucet I should pick even though there was approximately an $80 difference between the two. He was neat, courteous and completed the job in almost exactly the amount of time quoted. He was actually done several minutes early. I felt the pricing was in the norm amount. I might have been able to find it a little less or even a little more, it's hard to say. I know we would all like to pay less but I think it was competitive.
Description of Work: I needed to replace my kitchen faucet which was leaking and causing damage under my cabinet. I suddenly found myself with an unexpected day off from work and contacted the company with my problem. They answered immediately after 9:00 am and was the only company to do so that I contacted then. They were courteous and polite. I explained my situation and asked if there was anyway they could help to do the job as soon as possible. They not only made the accommodation but brought me a choice of faucets to pick from in different prince ranges, which made everything so much easier for me and since I knew what I paid some time ago for the faucet I currently had. I felt I could determine if the price was in the right ballpark.

+ -1 moreThey went above and beyond to get us up and running. One day they came 3 times to accommodate inspections and timing with the other contractors! And a nicer bunch of guys you will never meet. Professional, clean and excellent at what they do.
Description of Work: They ran new water lines and drains for the bathing tubs in my new dog wash shop. They also put the tubs together, hooked up the faucets and installed a shutoff valve.
