They were very professional and very competitively priced however, we found someone else local.

I called them back to tell them that I figured out what the plastic piece was and that I wanted to see if they could help me get a replacement and or fix it and I didn't hear back. I can't remember the exact cost but I do remember it being expensive.

The couldn't figure out what was wrong with our plumbing and why it was clogged. They kept charging and charging us for more testing (cameras, etc.) to figure out what was wrong and couldn't fix the problem. We went with another company who didn't even need to use a camera (and charge us for that). They fixed the problem right away and for 3/4 the price that MTP was charging. I felt like I was being ripped off and wasn't getting any answers.

It turned out very well. They were willing to explain and step me through the process; they explained different types of furnaces, different features and different options. He said, "choose which one you want and I will give you a quote." I told him which AC unit and which furnace I wanted. He was very honest with me and said, "no, if you are going to get that one, you should get the cheaper one." He explained the difference which I really appreciated and he took a little bit more time to explain stuff. They were prompt, on time and he really gave me a good idea as to how long the job would take and when he would come back. There was a wiring issue he had. He said he couldn't wire it with the thermostat that we were going to get because the wiring would of been extremely difficult. They upgraded us to a higher thermostat because of the wiring and they didn't charge us more, which I really appreciated. It was a huge and very expensive job and I again appreciated that they didn't tack that on. To me that is a company that wants my business in the future.

They came on time, are very thorough and very neat. I would call them again definitely and would recommend them to others.

They were called to help isolate a leak....it was difficult to find and they came out twice until we had enough sheetrock taken down to expose the pipes.

We weren't very happy. They did good work, but they were more expensive than a lot of other people in the area.

With in fifteen minutes of making my initial call I received a call back from MTP and explained the the valve failure situation I was experiencing. With in another 15 minutes Jim from MTP showed up followed shortly after by Mike. I explained the situation to them, they checked the valves and they indeed had failed. They proceeded to replace the exterior faucet with a frost free design and after discussion replaced both the secondary shut off valve and the main valve with ball type valves that are more reliable. These guys were great, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They had me up and running with in an hour. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used MTP for various plumbing needs they have always exceeded my expectations and do a great job.

The master plumber arrived on time and gave me an estimate which was much lower than another estimate I received from another company. He performed the work neatly and efficiently. I have found my go-to plumber; would definitely use them again!

Mike was prompt, arrived when promised, cleaned up after completing the job. He was very professional and we will use him again.

I was not happy with them despite the great reviews I read. Their area assignment telephone number system is aggravating and their timeliness to respond was more than two weeks out; I needed a plumber that day and they could not even set an appointment. The person who answered the telephone was not helpful or professional. I will not use them in the future.

They guys that came out were very courteous, professional and, honest. They offered a few different options depending on what I wanted to do. Thought the price was a bit high for the 1/2 hour they spent replacing a $10-$15 part. Not sure what other companies would have charged, but it seemed high to me. Also, the office said the service call fee was $59, but they charged $89 and said it was a diagnostic fee. More irritating than anything else. Aside from that I felt they did a good job and didn't try to up-sell me on anything.

They were very reasonable and I was pleased with their work. They went out of their way to make sure that the water heater got installed on Friday. They came out for the estimate in the morning and installed the heater the same day. They gave me all the options and also gave me the pros and cons for each one. They are reliable.

I interacted with one of their persons. He was very good in diagnosing the problems; he found some problems which were not that easy to find. They do a good job and explain well. I have no complaints. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything was great. They were wonderful. They sent me a written estimate and they called me to followup. The quote was for $2000. They didn?t charge me for coming out and giving me the estimate. For this reason alone, I would use them again. I didn?t use them because I changed my mind about the project. They were really top-notch and professional. Their quote was really good too. I will definitely use them next year when I plan to get the work done.

Timely and professional with full clean up after the job.

They did very well. They diagnosed it correctly, and they did the job just as they said they would do. I was pleased with their work. Their price was okay.

They knew what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. They didn?t waste time. I will use them again in the future.

They called ahead of time to make the appointment with us. They called us a half an hour before they came for the actually job as well. They explained everything that they would be doing. They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The company is fairly new but they are very professional.

They arrived promptly and completed the work without any problems. I did not have to wait long after I originally called them. They did a nice job and were professional. The estimate they gave me was close to the final bill.
