Only thing I would suggest that the crew should be provided with shoe covers so that the inside house carpet and floorings are kept intact. Must say good people and are efficient.

The 2 technicians that came to do the job arrived in a timely fashion, were very courteous, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the job. They patiently answered any questions we had, cleaned up after themselves. The company owner promptly responded to my home advisor project request and clearly explained the work and cost. Overall, top notch quality and service. I am thrilled with the service and would highly recommend to others. We had entire house duct cleaning as well as dryer vent. The technicians also brought to my attention issues as work progressed and even replaced the dryer external pipe since the existing one was not in good shape.

Friendly and helpful; they did tell me that they do not wash the vents so I washed them as they took them down and they helped dry. Seems silly to put dusty vents back up after such an air duct cleaning.

Starting with my initial contact with Scott at Advanced Aardvark EVERYTHING was handled with complete professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. The technicians arrived right on time; they were EXTREMELY polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what they found. I advised them I have bad allergies, they made sure when they were working in an area of the house I was far enough away from the cleaning unit so I wouldn’t be affected by the process. Additionally we have an older dog. They were very concerned the sound from the cleaning unit would not hurt her or cause her undue anxiety. In other words they took great care of our wellbeing’s and health. As they completed the services they inspected every area they visited and made sure everything was clean and back in its proper place. Aardvark Airduct Cleaning was professional, patient and clean! They helped me to find a clogged dryer vent exhaust that could have been a very dangerous situation. Their help prevented a bad situation in my home. The price was good for the service.

The company did a thorough job cleaning, and deodorizing all my vents, returns and the furnace coils. They were clean, professional and reasonably priced. Their pricing was mid-range between 2 other companies I consulted for the job. My house feels much cleaner and my allergies have diminished as well. I will now do this every 2 years.

Guys ran into unforeseen problems due to the nature of very old ducts in a section of my home. After a followup with Scott, the company owner, he offered to have a manager come look at how these ducts could be cleaned, but I elected to take him up on offer of a refund for that work instead. Being in a service business myself, I understand that challenges may arise and the true nature of the business you are dealing with is how they handle these challenges. I am very impressed and satisfied with the way Scott got personally involved to make this right. It is clear that he is passionate about his business and customer service. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Aardvark came to clean my duct vents & dryer vent. They arrived as scheduled, were friendly & informative. They moved any furniture/obstacles out of the way and put back in place. And they were sure to vacuum up any debris that fell from the vents. I will definitely be using them in the future.
