We hired Daniel to clear a clogged drain in our master bath double sink and from the first contact he provided excellent customer service. He spent a total of 6 hours over the course of 2 days to solve our issue. All the while he assured us he would not charge if he did not resolve the issue. He had all of the equipment and skills to troubleshoot until he cleared the clog - which ended up solving by climbing up on our roof to access the pipe from the roof vent. He brought to us the root cause of the clog which ended up being a silicone applicator piece that the roofers accidentally dropped into a roof vent. Daniel not only cleared the drain he also provided us the physical proof we needed to get the roofer to compensate us for the damages. Daniel is honest, curteous, and takes pride in his work. He s not about the the money, he s about delighting his customers and we highly recommend him!

Daniel is very thorough and efficient. He had to unclog the sewer drain trap at my home in a crawl space. He had no hesitation with entering the crawl space. He will give you a fair price. He has all type of equipment to do the job right and is not annoyed by any questions that you may have regarding the issues involved. He is professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service skills. Would most definitely recommend him to anyone that has a sewer clog. And I would use his services again if needed.
