Dear customer. My Name is Favio Ulloa owner at Prestige Pest Services, I will personally will do a detail inspection prior providing a solution. A key for a good and quick pest elimination is not only a good treatment but starts with the inspection of what is causing your pest issue, how to prevent it and how to approach a good treatment. I have had a great experience with Prestige Pest Services, I have used them for almost a year and will renew for another year. I use them for their quarterly pest management. They contact me every quarter to schedule the appointment. Their technician, Saul is always on time, very professional and thorough. He takes his time inspecting for pests, laying down different traps and baits and helps protect the interior and exterior with (safe) pesticides. I definitely recommend their services.

Favio seemed to be obsessed with only coming to my house on Mondays for whatever reason. Initially he came right away which was a Monday, however, i expected him at 1 or 2PM and he didn't show until it was nearly dark at 4:15PM, not really giving us a chance to examine my home's exterior for where the mice could be getting in. His follow up and communication after I wrote the check after his 1st appointment was slow -several weeks. For what was paid for 2 appointments, his faithful assistant planted a wide assortment of snap traps, glue traps and poison food. I could have done all of this myself and really got no "expertise" from the service. Next time I'm more inclined to go with a brand name and I might receive more value for my $$$.
