I received my moving quote from Bryan Sullivan. After I left my $500 deposit, he stopped returning my calls. As a "carrier" versus a "broker", I was told my price was firm. When the driver arrived, he increased the price by 20% although Bryan, & Elizabeth in dispatch said that there was ample room in the truck if we needed extra space as our move was well under the minimum truck size. I left at least 12 messages for Bryan & dispatch to correct the price, and no one returned my calls. I had to pay the increase to receive my belongings. Bryan also informed me that although he had to display a 2-day pick-up window on my quote, my move was guaranteed for Saturday. I was later told by dispatch that this was incorrect. A 2-day pick-up window is mandatory. Our flights had to be rebooked. A computer monitor was broken upon arrival. The crux of the review is that no one at Best answers the phone, and they won't return calls. In fact, Bryan's number is "not in service."

Everything went as expected. James was efficient and I felt like I wasn't dealing with a car sales man like other places I had called. They were on time , handled my items with care, and were clear about pricing. I'd definitely recommend using their services.

The guys are very careful with your belongings, they work quick and always have a good attitude, they wrap furniture in blankets to prevent them from scratching, the pick up and delivery was on time.

Hired Best Move beginning of April. Last minute move. And as stressed as I was about the price raising and my stuff getting damaged. None of that happened. It’s a great Company!
