We called, and they happened to be in the area.  They came to our home within 30 minutes.  Their estimate was spot on, and they got to work immediately.  I expected them to blow the leaves to the curb, but they used their vacuum and took them away, leaving the property and curb clean as a whistle!  They also did behind the shrubs (where leaves collect and hide), and they even cut back a hosta that had bloomed and died.  The back and front yards were absolutely clean, and they mowed the lawn, leaving it looking well groomed.
The two fellows (one was the owner) were courteous, professional and did a great job.
