Company installed new roof, skylights and gutters for prior owner January, 2016. Shortly after we purchased the home and moved in November, 2017 we discovered water leaked into the house along the interior chimney brick in the kitchen. We called Bill who promptly came out, said the problem was not with the roof or his flashing, but cracks in the chimney cap and brick mortar. We called several chimney contractors, who agreed with the nature of the problem but also pointed out that the flashing had been installed incorrectly, had split, and was funneling water into the house. We advised Bill and suggested the problem should be covered by his warranty. He declined but graciously told us that if someone else replaced his flashing it would not void his "warranty."
