8 years later I had 5 major roof leaks and damaged living room ceiling

Great except the gutter people put the gutters on the wrong house. Lucky for those people They then came and did our house. Both houses were numbered703 All in a days work I guess.

They did a wonderful job and cleaned up the area around our shed.

Better than expected. I did have them make a couple small corrections but these were done quickly. The area around my home was left cleaner than I could imagine. They followed up to make sure everything was okay. I am very pleased!

Our overall experience was mediocre at best. We scheduled the installation for October, and crews just never showed up. Later we were told that they called, couldn't leave a message, and that's why they didn't tell us that they weren't coming the day they had scheduled. They didn't try calling back at all, or emailing, or texting or anything else. One call, no message, and then we sat waiting, having taking a day off of work, while no one showed up. What we were sold in the estimate isn't quite what we received in reality. We were told the whole house would be tented and the estimator specifically mentioned avoiding damage to the new deck. However, workers only covered a small part of the deck, tracking dirt and debris all over the rest, leaving deep scratches in the wood, and using boards that had been staged, but hadn't been screwed in yet, as weights to keep tarps down. There were shingle-pieces and nails embedded in lots of the spaces between the deck boards, as well as boot marks, dirt and debris. The deck was still being built and had not been stained yet. As far as cleanup is concerned, we were told that the crew would be "in and out in a single day," but the dumpster sat outside our house for five days, including one day before the job, and four days after, taking up most of our street parking space. In addition, we were told that cleanup crews would go around with magnets and clean up nails and other debris, but large nails were left *in the driveway* -- maybe the most damaging place they could be left. The driveway had been cleared of cars, so it would have been pretty difficult to miss the nails.

I was impressed with ECC Roofing & Siding's. Jim, Nicole, Jessica and the crew who did the work were excellent. They were fast and professional. ECC is a great company and I would recommend them to everyone.

ECC did an awesome job, from start to finish. Mike was punctual, clear, and responsive throughout the process. The work was done according to plan. The laborers were tidy and professional. And, the price was right. I understood the materials and the costs involved. ECC allowed me to shop around and even walk me through competing estimates. I’d hire them again and again.

Service was of great quality and completed in a timely manner. Clean up was very good.

This company totally wasted my time. They didn’t show for 3 scheduled appointments. The office assistant was nice but that’s it. First appointment they had me confused with a commercial customer so they didn’t show. Second appointment no show/no call. Third appointment they called around the scheduled appointment time to say that they would not be coming. Great way to earn business. Needless to say the third time was a strikeout and I’ll take my business to a more reliable company.

The job was postponed by myself because of weather. I opted to wait 4 months during the Winter even though I gave ECC a deposit. As soon as the weather broke I called and scheduled the job.They did the job as promised with very skilled workers. The whole job was completed in one day including outside cleanup. They installed an attic fan that needed to be replaced which is being handled as I write this review. The owner was on site during the installation which was a  was a nice touch. I admitt I was skepitical because I was not familiar with ECC but they made me a believer!
