John was the technician. He treated our home like it was his own. Nest,clean and thorough. So many people come into your home and do poor work. Not Bethany. The best of class. We use a lot of service people. These folks are top tier! Never had cleaner windows!

Customer service was superb! My home looks beautiful and can see perfectly out of the windows. Only exception to service is the cost was more than was quoted to me; but the two service men were efficient, friendly and did a professional job. I wish I was told they needed to remove all the screens from the inside. Because I was getting ready for work and would have been better prepared. But the outcome was excellent!
