Description of Work: Date was postponed by provider several times - had to keep phoning them before they finally made the scheduled appointment. Damage to some existing property and a tree they were supposed to cut down they only cut halfway so it was visible behind my backyard fence - had to hire a handyman to complete the job. The crew had to be reminded to trim all branches they were supposed to and disappeared without asking if I was satisfied with their job.

Description of Work: The team of 4 or 5 people cut down one tree and pruned 3 others. The original person who gave us the estimate, which occurred one day after we called them, also stopped by to make sure the job was done properly. We are very happy with the professionalism of the team. They also cleaned up very well afterward.

Description of Work: Remove several large shrubs and a small pine trees that was dying. We also had them spray our property for mosquitos. They use a product that is safe for kids and pets that lasts several weeks. Very happy with the results. We've used Save a Tree before and have been verhappy with Gerry and his team.

Response from SavATree Princeton
Since nearly two years have passed since this work was performed it is understandable that the details are unclear to this member. Our records indicate that this member was given two choices for her coupon, each of which was spelled out in detail. One was for exactly the amount of her coupon, the other was for pruning all trees on her property. She requested the additional work for $90 above the cost of the coupon, and then refused to pay for it. This review was prompted by being sent to collections.
