Not well, but I didn't realize it until after they left (the floors were wet so I waited for them to dry before entering)

Okay job, but not worth $220 for one hour and 20 minutes. They did not clean the entire house, and was shocked that the areas they did clean were not amazing. You would think at this high rate that everything would be spotless. Average job at an extreme price.

Staff lovely, very professional, brought own vacuume and supplies.  First week all good. Second week the kitchen sink missed but I didn't notice until they left. And both weeks the front window sill wasn't done (but I forgot to mention for 2nd week).  Next time I will request extra time to handle blinds, that is extra for any cleaning company I believe.   
Notes: Didn't replace garbage bags but next time I'll put some out.
Don't expect miracles here...unless you're paying someone to move your furniture for a deep clean, you will not get the under-the-sofa/cabinets detail.  Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

Spoke to the owner and booked an hour and half cleaning. Said it would be approximately $200.00. When the crew of 5 arrived,  I asked the lead cleaner in addition to general cleaning, if he could just windex the 3 bay windows in living room as I was having my wedding at my home on that Saturday. He gave me a complete attitude, telling me that they are only scheduled for an hour that that isn't included in the price. I even offered him more money.  Then,  I explained to him that I asked for an hour and a half given the size of my home . The owner had told me if there were special products I used, they would use them. So, I mentioned to the lead cleaner how I wanted the hardwood floors cleaned:  a two step process. He told me that he didn't have time to do "my two step process" and they have their" own process". Some of my family members were in town already, so we went and sat on the back deck while the crew cleaned. When they were finished, the lead cleaner and I did the walk thru. I am a very neat and tidy person, so my house was not filthy, just needed a good cleaning. From the quick walk thru, everything appeared to be ok. After they left, I went upstairs into hallway and noticed the hardwood floors were still dirty and that it appeared the bedrooms hadn't been vaccuumed. On the receipt it stated, "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE``Call us in 24 hours, after you cleaning. If we did not clean something to your satisfaction, we will clean it again-FREE OF CHARGE", So I called and spoke to Maria and told her about the floors. She said that she would contact the lead cleaner to see what the "issue" was and she would call me back. She called back and argued with me and said that the lead cleaner would come out the next morning to "fix" the floors. I agreed to that. Then, I went into the master shower and there was still powder on the floor from when my husband showered. I looked around the bathroom floor and still noticed dirt and hair on floor...clearly not vacuumed or mopped. The back stair case still had pet hair on it as well. So, I called Maria back. She got nasty with me, cut me off in mid-sentence and put the owner on the phone. His English was not great and I had a hard time understanding him. Basically what he told me is that he was not going to send the crew back out, that people like me are never happy and that is why he has such difficulty in his business. I explained the "guarantee" on the card and he said, "well that doesn't apply to people like you".  I told him that they provided a service and they need to rectify the matter or I would stop payment on the check. He told me to go ahead that he would take me to small claims court and let a judge decide. Then, he hung up! Needless to say,. the crew never came out; he deposited the check and my house was still dirty and my wedding at my home in 2 days!!!

They did an excellent job.  The workers were professional and friendly and asked me what I wanted done.  They did all that and more, even going so far as to dust poles that I have suspended over my kitchen counters from a very high ceiling.  When they were finished, they had me inspect the work and tell them if there was anything they missed.  There was one place they hadn't gotten to and when I mentioned it, they went there immediately and dusted the area.  They really are a pleasure to work with.  They will be here again this week.

It wasn't too bad of an experiance for me . When I called to schedule the pricing was explained to me so I had an idea as to what it might cost . I had given them somewhat short notice but they were able to do the job for me . They got to me just a few minutes late but it was right after the lunch hour so I figured that things like this can happen . They came in and went right to work . The job was completed in  the amount of time that I had thought it would based on the size of the work crew. The only problem that I found was whatever product they used to clean the kitchen floor left a sticky film on the floor after drying. I rewashed the floor with hot water afterward . Other than that the service was OK.

I have used this company for the last 2 years. They clean my home every 2 weeks and do a good job. A crew of 4 comes in, gets through the house in about an hour. I have left money and jewelry laying around and it is untouched. I trust them and their staff and highly recommend them.
