Terrible experience from beginning to end: multiple items were broken (desk, picture frames, glasses, couch), boxes were crushed, the actual cost was more than triple from the original quote, and the movers were incredibly rude. When the items were being loaded, we were assured the people unloading would be putting things back together (connecting electrical on the couch, bed frame, chairs). But the people unloading said that wasn't part of their job. At the drop off location, the female said she could get the truck to the back of the building, but the male, Adam said no. This resulted in another $650 charge, When my mom (71) questioned that charge, Adam raised his voice at her telling her this was all in the contract. They wouldn't unload from the front of the building because it was too far from the elevator - which we paid a $200 fee for. Adam said it should have only been $100 but did not lower the fee owed to him and refused to unload anything until he was paid the additional fee

The staff is wonderful. They really helped me get through what seemed to be a monumental move. They couldn't have been more helpful. Moving from upstate NY to FL is not easy, but they made it great.
