I'm getting an exhaust fan to pull out damp air when needed and keeping an eye out for water pipe leaks.
There were two days of hard work, and the old moldy material was bagged and removed. Not much room to move around down there either.
"911 Restoration is a honest company. We collected the samples from the customer's property and sent them to our 3rd party licensed and accredited laboratory for analysis. The report indeed came back clean. The customer did not provide an email address or fax number at the time of the sample collection where his report could have been sent. So per his request, it was mailed to his property. The customer report is on file and could be sent to him at anytime. If he never received it he never contacted us. Our recommendations are based upon the mold analysis. Due to the fact the mold analysis was clean and there were no signs of visible mold, there was no need for mold remediaiton, and we would never tell a customer they need work completed, when they in fact do not."
"The customer contacted us for mold testing. We collected the samples and sent the to our licensed and accredited laboratory for analysis. The report came back clean and we provided customer with the report. Mold Remediaiton was not recommended at the time because the report came back clean and there were no signs of visible mold. We couldnt provide any further advice to the customer because mold remediaiton was not necessary."
