They were supposed to clean the entire apartment which wasn't done so - the kitchen cabinets, the fridge, mirrors and all were not cleaned, the sheets were not changed and the ladies who came said the person who hired them for them did not tell them to do those chores. The windows were to be wiped down, furniture was to be dusted but not done. When I texted the owner - James and he did not respond. I sent pictures too but no response.

They were amazing! Quick, efficient, and did a spectacular job. Will be hiring for recurring services and recommending to friends and neighbors. 10/10.

Absolutely amazing! 10/10 service. Laura and Veronica came and cleaned all our common spaces and bathrooms in a little over an hour. They were courteous about our no-shoes home and wore booties to keep the floors clean. They used natural cleaning products to be safe for my pet, and even organized the pillows on the couch before they left. 10/10. We will definitely see them again!
