"Please read our reply because there are 2 sides to this story. Customer satisfaction is always our #1 priority and we always do our best to achieve that. This home has 2 heaters, both with separate ductwork. One heater in the attic and one in the basement. We started by cleaning the attic system first. The attic system had the normal amount of dust that we usually see and we did a great job and the customer had no complaints. We then began to clean the basement system and we started removing an enormous amount of sawdust and construction debris from the ductwork. I let the customer know that his ductwork has more than 10 times the normal contamination. He said that he built the home himself to save money (he is not a professional home builder) and that at the end of each day he would clean up by using a leaf blower to blow the sawdust and construction debris into the ductwork. (That was almost 20 years ago and now he is ready to clean them for the first time) I immediately told him that this is not normal! I said that we will do the best we can, but it would need multiple cleanings and he seemed to understand. After the job he called us back to complain that there was still some debris, so we scheduled a Recleaning and went back to his home and recleaned every vent and a return at no charge. I feel that we truly did the best we could for this customer considering the situation. Thank you for taking the time to read my reply."
