I paid an upcharge because my counter space was over 40 sqft. They also offered to clean the back splash for more money. After they were done it really did not seem all that different from the start. Looking over the work I noticed that some pink nail polish that had dried on the granite was still there. He scrapped it off with this finger nail. In the corner of the island where most of the kitchen work gets was dull (and the reason I hired them for the job). They said it would take a diamond polisher to make it match the rest of the area. The most damning comment was from my wife when she got home and asked if they come to do the work! Was all that spray and buffing for show? I will not hire them again.

"Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that your wife was upset., but I do understand, because she wasn't there when I arrived and explained to you that your countertops were beyond our process. You told me that you have never done anything to maintenance your granite in over 15 years. You said that this would be the first time sealing the granite. I explained that the damage is already done and that the dullness could only be brought back to a shine with a diamond pad (a refinishing process that we do not offer). You said that you understand and to do the best we can. I really did work extra on your countertops because it needed it. I removed years of soap and grease and countless spots of nail polish. I am sorry that I missed that speckle. I wish your wife would have been present for our conversation because then she would have a realistic expectation."

I think it helped. We were charged an extra $15 for an extra vent, which I didn't mind, but the bacterial disinfectant was an additional $80 for 5 sprays down the return and I don't know if it made a big difference. I appreciated his advice about my dryer vent.

Fabulous. When I placed the Order I was contacted by New Land and we set up an appointment. They arrived on time and were took care of my granite counter and when done, the counter looked fantastic. They gave me advice on how care for them and me importantly, how often I should get them cleaned and sealed so the counter remains beautiful. I will definitely have them back and will hire them for many of the other services they provide.
