Trusty Tree Service

I had heard great things about this co., so I called them first. They took my info and said they'd come out and give me an estimate "in a few days". That was over 2 weeks ago. So forget it!

They were on time. They were professional. I got a good feeling from those guys so I want to call them back. I have spoken to a lot of different tree folks. My requirements have changed now so I need to call them back. They take care of the tree. I wanted them to take the stuff out with them. I think I will hire them.

Guy, from Trusty Tree, came out over the weekend after a large tree limb fell on our roof. He gave an on the spot estimate and we scheduled tree removal the same week. His team was professional, efficient, and performed an excellent cleanup which was important as they had to approach one of the trees through the neighbor's property.

I obtained three estimates for the work. The owner of Trusty Tree, Guy Anello, was the only estimator who actually measured the driveway to see if it was wide enough to let a crane pass. I chose Trusty's because of Guy's diligence and the fact that Trusty's gave me the best price. On the day of the job, the Trusty Tree Service crew arrived on time, did their work carefully, finished quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. A single man climbed the tree and did all the cutting. He was very careful and methodical with his safety equipment. He tied the branches with rope before cutting them. I was very impressed with his precision in tying and cutting the branches to ensure they fell without hitting the house.

Was quick to provide an estimate which was very competitive. The work was performed soon after. Although it was a small job for this company they made me feel they valued my business. Cleaned up and left the yard in good condition.

Prompt and excellent service. They did a great job, cleaned up, and stacked the wood for me for my fireplace.

Trusty Tree Service was the least expensive. They were phenomenal! They did what no one else wanted to do. I had something over my fence into the neighbor's lawn. The guy came in and did it with no problem. I had him come back and do some more work, that they didn't do the first time that they were there. They came back with no problem, and did it at no charge. He is quick, efficient, and out of here. His prices are astronomical. They have all of the equiment. The owner is on the job with the workers. He is always there. He asks you if you are happy. They were outstanding! There was a major difference between what he quoted and the other 3 quotes. He was much cheaper. They have been terrific! They had to bring in a crane to remove the tree that was hanging over the fence.

Quick and painless, came when they said they would. Friendly, did exactly as they promised.

He had top of the line equipment, did a very good job, and were reasonably priced. I have recommended him to others.

A tree fell in my backyard during a big wind storm. I contacted Trusty Tree early the next morning. My call was answered immediately and Mr. Anello visited my home the same day to assess the damage and give me an estimate. Because I felt the cost was reasonable, I asked for an estimate to remove a large branch that was hanging over my driveway. We agreed the work would be done within 48 hours. His team removed the tree and the branch and took all of the debris. We were very pleased.

My neighbor and I shared the cost. Excellent work on time grind stumps down and clean up, price very good.

Showed up right when he said he would. Gave me a fair price. He told me he'd be back in approximately 5 days, and he was right on time. I was at work when the tree was removed, and I got home and couldn't even tell anybody had removed the tree!! ABSOLUTELY NO DEBRIS LEFT BEHIND!! Awesome job!!!

Came immediately for an estimate, which was lower than competitors' for the amount of work done. We called them on a Friday night to let them know we'd like them to do the work. They'd done everything and cleaned up beautifully by noon the following Tuesday.

The work was performed while I was at work, which was very convenient for me. It was all done and cleaned up perfectly. I would have had one more branch removed had I been there. This is a taxable service (that was a surprise to me).

Trusty Tree Service has the lowest prices and the best service around. They came on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and neat. The company has been very responsive to us and we have used them several times.

Excellent! Prompt, clean, neat and reliable. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. They were the lowest bidder by far. Another nice thing: they didn't turn on the grinding machine until the end and did all the branches at once. They cut 16" pieces and stacked in yard so that we could chop it for firewood.

PERFECT! So nice, on time, cleaned up really well. Quick, I am talking less than an hour!

Our experience with them was very good. We knew them because they had done work for a number of our neighbors. They had a crew of five or six to do the job, which made it very efficient. We were concerned because the tree was in the small gap (10 feet?) between our house and our neighbors, and a hedge and ornamental trees in the front yard prevented them from being able to drop the tree directly. Instead, they had one guy up on the tree, cutting off branches and dropping them straight down to the ground, where they were periodically carried off to the chipper by the others. They managed to remove the entire thing in just an hour or so, without damaging anything. I thought it was very professional. While they were there, we asked them to remove an additional tree (much smaller) from the backyard, which was also done very quickly and cleanly. Anyway, we were very pleased with every aspect of our interaction with them.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH TRUSTY TREE SERVICE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR TREE SERVICE HIGHLY TO OTHERS.

THEY ARRIVED IMMEDIATELY AND THEY HAD ALL OF THE LIMBS CUT DOWN AND REMOVED FROM OUR PROPERTY WITHIN SIX HOURS. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS THAT THEY MADE. THEY LEFT THE PLACE IMMACULATE.
